I had an appointment today to evaluate some structural concerns with my home, and the experience exceeded expectations. The inspector, Adam Chaney, was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain what he was seeing, what the underlying issues were, and how they could be addressed. What stood out most was the level of detail and patience – this was not a quick in-and-out visit. He spent a couple of hours walking through everything with me, and made sure I fully understood the situation before wrapping up. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills. Adam represents the company very well. Honestly, give this guy a raise or something – he’s outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this company based on my experience.

This five star review is for Ethan Mooney, the JES repair person who recently helped us with our JES project. Over 6 months after having JES complete installing a liner, dehumidifier and pump under our family room addition, we still noticed water. The service repair person, Ethan Mooney, recently came and found that the pump was never plugged in! Ethan was professional and not only fixed that easy problem but installed new equipment and inspected the liner. He was wonderful.

I recently had my crawl space encapsulated by Groundworks, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. My salesman, Andy, was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what my home needed. His expertise and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Groundworks also coordinated a subcontractor to replace the floor under my shower, and they did an excellent job. The repair was done right, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The encapsulation crew, led by Alex, was equally impressive. They communicated with me throughout the process, worked extremely hard, and paid attention to every detail. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the final result. Overall, I’m very happy with the work Groundworks did. My crawl space looks amazing, and the entire team exceeded my expectations. Our porch stairs had settled and since the brick is no longer available, we opted to try and lift and stabilize the existing stairs. AFS was very responsive and proposed a pier system. They were very communicative and arrived on time to do the work. Their crew, Andres, Jordan, and Joshua worked in a very professional manner to quickly complete the job. They were as careful as possible to leave a minimum post-work footprint, and the property looked good when they left. The lift and stabilization procedure was successful and we are satisfied customers. We would recommend AFS for this type of work.

Jon took the time each day to explain exactly what they would be doing and when. When they were finished, he walked around the entire house and pointed out where they placed each pier and the process. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and the crew who performed it. My home has a finished basement living area and I was experiencing cracks and shifting, affecting both floors of my home. AFS employs knowledgeable and experienced personnel. The initial inspections and diagnoses, the crews who performed the work, and the follow-up care are all performed by expert personnel. I am very happy with this Company, and my results.
