Called Foundation Support Specialist because I had several other estimates for leveling my house from the companies you see on tv commercials and they were all over the place. FSS sent Ryan Cole out to talk to me. He was the first one who took the time to answer all my questions and made sense to me, so I signed up. FSS sent out a great crew, headed up by the foreman Cornell, co-foreman Lee and the installer Zero. Cornell went over everything again to make sure I understood what would be going on. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept us up to date on what they were doing and how long the job would take. They made me feel comfortable about the whole process and I couldn't be more happy with the results of what was done. My doors and windows all open and close like they are suppose to and I can use my master bath again! Next they will be fixing my concrete porch, patio, sidewalk, and also some G2 soil work around other parts of my foundation. I highly recommend this company. Great price, great work, great service!

Most important name to remember is CODY . Last year I had to have screw jacks installed on one side of my house (split level home). The groundworks crew (previously without Cody and Erin) was mehhh. They tried to upsell and say I needed an additional 4k of work more than I already agreed upon and actually needed. Nope just do the original work. So a year later in comes CODY for warranty inspection due to a hump in my floor. This guy is phenomenal, on time, polite, explains everything with pictures. What a relief to get customer service like this, it's almost like watching an old time movie where everything was perfect. They did offer upgrades, but they weren't pushy about it, I respect that. Couldn't be happier with CODY and Erin. 6 stars for CODY!

We had AFS come and give us a free quote. (All in all, we got 3 quotes, from 3 different companies. First quote was for $127k, 2nd quote: AFS quoted $58k – inclusive of a 10% off coupon received at time of quote, and 3rd quote: they said they couldn’t handle the job, we need to use AFS.) We had a pretty unique situation, where we were in the process of purchasing the home with the foundation issue, which AFS was kind enough (and patient enough) to make sure it worked out for us at a way later date! Once the day came for the work to start, the team, Alex, Kyre & John, arrived on time and all had a great disposition and enthusiastic attitudes! We were excited to see the process and they explained what they were doing along the way. They were very kind, well-mannered and did a fantastic job! They cleaned all their mess and even reseeded the area in which they dug, (which I wasn’t expecting that). Prior to their arrival, the cracks in our foundation were large enough I could stick my entire hand and arm through to outside! But upon completion, I can’t even fit a chopstick through it! They also encapsulated our entire crawlspace, including mold treatment and sump pumps and dehumidifiers. What was once a muddy crawlspace, that had eroded to the point of lowering FEET over time, with its own ecosystem growing, is now a usable, clean and safe crawlspace. The process is fascinating to watch and the end result is even better! The fact they offer a Lifetime Warranty for their work gives me the security I need to sleep at night, knowing my investment was well placed. So happy we chose AFS and even happier our home is fixed!

Tim Hooper, FSM Service Technician assisted with an assessment of the water system and dehumidifier that FSM installed in our home to that the humidifier is in the correct place and will have efficient ventilation before finishing our basement. Time was very informative, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in clear and concise manner. While he was at my home for this task, he noticed the cracks on my driveway and offered several options to save the driveway and options to fix the large cracks. We hope that we can do this task in the spring. I give Time a 5 stars for his efficiency and excellent customer service. Thank you Tim!

3/2025 Called alpha Foundations because our front walk was sinking and we were concerned that someone would trip and fall. Mike Mullen came the next day and gave us a through assessment of the work to be completed and the expense involved. We agreed they should compete the work and we received a repair date. This morning at 8:30 Brendan Wells and Nick Coln arrived in lite rain and began drilling holes. Less than one hour later they had drilled and lifted the 6 large concrete panel of our front walkway. Brendan was very clear that we had a 5 year warranty should the panels begin to sink again we should call them. We are very pleased!

Paris Houchins and Bug Boyd did an absoluty fabulous job of permanently stabilizing my driveway and walkway. Our home is 16 years old and over the last couple of years we have noticed a number of small cracks appearing and some unevenness developing befeeen the concrete slabs. We called AFS to evaluate and their service technician, Nikoli Elrod, recommended that we inject the area with a high density foam to both stabilize the cracking areas and raise the sunken slab. Their Poly Renewal process worked like a charm and achieved both of the above goals. Paris and ‘Bug’ called as they left the shop to confirm their arrival time and give me oooortunity to move our cars. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Reviewed the scope of work and even photographed the locations of gas, electric and water lines to be sure the job was safely done. They worked with intention, updated me at the midway point of the project and finished ahead of schedule. Lastly, they left my home, yard and drive in an impeccably clean state. Couldn’t hardly tell they had been there other than my concrete was now level and cracks sealed:) Would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing to stabilize their concrete. Thanks! Regan

We started with Zach, who set everything up to have our foundation slightly raised and stabilized. Unfortunately the work was postponed due to Hurricane Milton. However, Zach kept us informed about the permit progress. The work crew was Jake, Charles, Alberto, and Tori. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Jake explained everything that they would be doing. They left the work area perfect. I would recommend Alpha Foundations to my friends.

My experience with JES for the most part was great! Mr. John Trak was my initial inspector who confirmed my fears, but showed me the best way to fix the problem. There were a few scheduling conflicts but once my crew showed up they completed my project in two days. Thank you Dustin my site lead, once he took control he showed up, and performed. Jordan, and Lewis were the other crew members they worked efficiently and smart. JES Foundation and Repair gave me peace of mind, a secured foundation, and added value to my home.

I had a team in Northern Virginia led by Manuel G. and including Jose C. and Luis T. They replaced 2 sump pumps and put 2 piers at the footing of my chimney to stop it from moving. Jeff Garber from Groundworks/Underpinning was AMAZING! Let me just start off by saying, we did not pay anything for our walkthrough/inspection. I’ve been a realtor for 18 years but this was for our personal property in Walnut Creek and I was extremely worried we were going to hear from Jeff that we need to do six figures worth of work. We have experienced some shifting in our floors, walls, thresholds and I was CONVINCED we needed major repairs. However, Jeff brought us a huge sense of relief by not only telling us we didn’t need any major repairs and what we were experiencing was normal for our age home. From my extensive experience working with vendors, they almost always push some sort of work, unnecessary or necessary. I can’t thank Jeff enough for his honest evaluation and helping me sleep at night again after 2 years of what felt like constant worry. It just goes to show, there are still good people with values out there. And, I can tell you when that time does come, he will be our first call!!! Jeff thank you for your true professionalism!!

He also advised us to let our home insurance know that we have an auxiliary battery powered sump pump which may result a saving in our premium. As an extra mile service, Dennis checked our air quality and provided helpful advice to improve air quality. We have him installed an air purifier in our house. Just wanted to say how great a job you did on my home. I was especially impressed with the crew that came to do the job Jacob, Ryan, Cam and William. They were totally professional and dedicated to seeing the job done right. They even found an area that needed to be done that was not on the original estimate and took the time to explain why it should be done, how they were going to do it, and how it would affect the rest of the project. They were always on time worked from the time they arrived and never left without providing us with an update on the days progress. Even took us on a walk to show us the progress. When they got ready to leave Jacob, the foreman, walk thru the area to insure it was clean and nothing was left that belong to the company. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any job.

I posted a complaint about 4 months ago regarding an issue I was having with the system installed by JES a few years ago. I want to provide an update. The JES team of Rick, Matt, Dalton, Davonte, and especially JR, we're excellent in resolving the issue. They effectively evaluated the situation, took ownership of the problem, and quickly established a plan to remedy the situation. They were efficient in executing their plan and I am beyond satified with the end results. Everyone exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and respectful. JR's follow up was on point and I am so glad that he was spearheading the effort. Thank you JES. You definitely exceeded my expectations.
