Today I had an appointment with Jordan from AFS. I had some problem with my crawl space and I needed to know what it was and how much it would cost to fix it. Jordan looked at the rotted subfloor and the mold growing under the flooring. He examined the crawlspace and took several pictures of what he found. We sat down and through conversation, videos and pictures he explained exactly what he found and what caused it. Jordan then laid out the options, costs and his recommendation for remediation. The finished work meets the engineer's specifications, the job site was left clean and orderly, and the final walk-through was not rushed but very thorough. The installed product repairs the foundation issue and increases the value of our home.

He was straight forward and honest with me and I found out that the repair I needed was a lot less extensive than I originally thought it was going to be. He was incredibly honest and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He also took the time to point out several ASAP maintenance items to help me avoid future headaches. I would like to extend my gratitude toward Colten and the team he sent to finish the job on my basement. It was a process with ups and downs but when he stepped in, he fixed my issues and went above and beyond what I ever expected. I can say the product has held up beautifully, on November 4-5th we had torrential downpour in the city of St. Louis, I’m happy to report i had a dry basement, not one drop of rain made its way in. I was incredibly relieved. I had a sump pump, drainage around my entire basement and wall barrier on walls with a drain in front of my basement door installed. The cost was competitive and a little less than others. I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Colten was very professional and the most accommodating person I’ve ever dealt with. This basement has caused me a lot of anxiety especially since I’ve only owned the house for 3 years and it was a lemon by all accounts covered in a pretty rehab, thanks to Colten there’s no more tears and only peace of mind! I would highly recommend if you want a company that takes great care of their clients. Thank you Colten!
