Wow! I am so happy & impressed with the work Jake & Matt did today on my driveway & walkway to my home. My home is 24 years old & the concrete driveway has seen better days. In fact, I tripped & really injured myself on the uneven slab this past October. I knew something had to be done so NO ONE else tripped on this driveway. Uneven driveway slabs are a liability & I didn't want anyone else tripping on the uneven slab like I did. The process they use is really very interesting & it works. It sure beats having a new concrete driveway installed which would be much more expensive & time consuming. Now I'm no longer the only house in my neighborhood with uneven slabs on my driveway. I'm so grateful to Jake & Matt for the wonderful job they did!

We needed to get some piers installed to stabilize but also correct some settling on our decades old house. We hired Groundworks (Bay Area Underpinning at the time). They were more competitive than others in terms of price, but at the same time the team they sent out was super experienced and very professional. We signed on in Jan, and they initially gave us a May timeframe but we were able to get a late March date. It seems they are pretty booked out, which makes a lot of sense to me. The team they send over (David, Russell, Enrique) were super professional and friendly. They answered all the questions we had and communicated the progress/status updates all the time. There were definitely a few surprises as they started the dig, but the team was able to tackle them all and keep the project on schedule.

I worked with Wade Seller on a home project and was impressed from the start. Wade is a straight shooter who doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. We had moisture seeping through the concrete slab at our front steps. Wade provided a complimentary inspection, and after assessing the issue, he told me they could take on the project — but recommended I try fixing it myself first to save money. He explained exactly what to do and what materials to use. When I ran into issues, Wade made himself available and offered additional guidance on how to move forward. He reminded me that his team could still take on the project if I didn’t want the hassle, but it would definitely be more economical to do it myself. I sincerely appreciate Wade’s honesty, direction, and availability throughout the process. I had push piers put under the foundation of my house and couldn't be more pleased with Baker's Waterproofing Company from beginning to end. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Matt and Chacar. They are the BEST workers I have ever seen. They worked diligently and non stop all while they were there. Chacar knew what he was doing and did it well. When he needed guidance from Matt, which was seldom, he did it quickly and without hesitation. Matt is extremely good at his job as Forman. He could be doing one thing while still noticing what the others are doing and correct what needed to be corrected. The work they were doing was very physical but they kept moving and very, very seldom ever took a break. They are also very polite and courteous and cleaned up very well when completed. I truly can't say enough good things about them. You should be extremely proud to have them on your team! I know you probably have many teams that go out to do this work and I hope they are all as good as this team. They set the standard of excellence! Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Bakers to everyone. Please pass this on to their boss as he should know just how good these two men are, if he already doesn't. I also want to commend you on your job as sales representative (Randy Fonner). You were extremely knowledgeable in what you do, pleasant to work with, and quick to correct any problems. My 1982 aggregate Driveway had cracked over the many years. Large sections raised and some had sunk. I had started to ask visitors to not park on my driveway. Trip hazards in every direction. The Groundworks crew used their innovative equipment to level the chunks then inject their magically strong foam to restore my driveway surface to level. A week or so later Groundworks returned to fill the cracks with river rock and finish. I'm very happy with the results and come this next Halloween I won't have to worry about trick or treaters tripping and falling!
