Rick helped relieve my concerns of the source of the smell (not sewer, just bacteria) and gave me a great solution (chlorine tablets). Wow! I can’t say enough about A1 and Mike Hannan. From my call to A1 to schedule an appointment to Mike completing the job, top notch service!! I had a broken & severely rusted cast iron toilet flange among a few other minor issues (old service line & missing knob for the service line cutoff). Mike was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and fixed everything, getting my toilet back in working condition. A1 is very fair in price, they definitely won’t break the bank. Most importantly, the job was done right by a knowledgeable professional. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know in need of a plumber!

JES did wonderful work for our home. The team we had for the outside work was Agustin Morales, Eduardo Morales, and Jorge Duron. They were very professional in every aspect of the job. I was impressed how they took the time to lay plastic down in our flower beds to keep from disturbing the mulch. This seems small but means so much, especially since we just put it down recently. They let us know when they were arriving via text which was great. Agustin explained everything that was being done and did a walk around with us after the work was complete. He even took the excess dirt and filled some low lying areas in our back yard. We truly appreciate the professionalism and care you took of our home.

The experience that we had with basement Authority on our home was very good. Gary did an excellent job on an inspection. He covered all that he looked at all that he saw and what needed to be done and made suggestions and it happened very quickly and within 2 to 3 weeks after Gary was here, we had workers working to put in the complete system. We had a total of five different guys that worked on doing the insulation and encapsulation of the crawlspace. Jason, Travis, Wyatt, Cody and Michael were the guys that we had working on our crawlspace and the first day went super good. Jason gave us updates even if they were leaving just to go get some thing. They always told us that they were going out and they would be back in an hour or whatever the case might be, but they tried their best to keep us informed on how the job was going. They actually thought that they could get through in a day it did not happen but we finally got completed on the fourth day few different things happen but overall as far as a review, I think the guys did really well working in the crawlspace in the water in the muck Ron and Sharon W.

Our Field Inspector, Sunny Krauser, our Foreman, Jose Garcia, and his crew were spectacular!! Gold medals for all of them! Sunny was VERY knowledgeable and helpful! He was very thorough and detailed with everything. He even found other issues we weren't even aware of!! Jose and the crew did a wonderful job with the installation from start to finish! The did a great job with clean up afterwards as well. Jose demonstrated my new sump pumps and battery backups. Everything lookes neatly done and very professional. Plus they were done almost 2 hours earlier than expected!! Would definitely recommend Groundworks! And would strongly suggest requesting Sunny and Jose!! My family and I will be going back to Groundworks for my other issues as well recommending them to all of our friends!!
