Did everything wanted/expected and more. The last inspection I had was by Steven Fortae he was extremely knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions and explain the why behind the answers. He took his time laser measured everything and explained what to look for outside and I side the house. He even showed me the area of my house were it was engineered wrong (built in 1966). We are very pleased with what they did with leveling our driveway located in Kyle. No before only after pics of driveway, but it was cracked in half in a couple places with a 6 inch unevenness. Before and after pics included of front porch and walkway they also leveled. We are very happy, and would highly recommend and have. The foundation repair had awesome results. They were very thorough, and did not skimp on materials. They made sure it was done right. Jose Nevarro, Xander Rhodes, , and Fernando Aleman were an exceptional crew. FSM can’t be beat!! Had them do some basement wall work and concrete leveling for me. From start to finish no complaints whatsoever. Our salesmen Charles explained everything in detail and what we could expect. Our basement guys Marco and his crew did a great job. In and out like they weren’t even there. Last but not least our concrete levelers Rana and David showed up on time explained the process and addressed all concerns we had. Same deal in and out like they weren’t even there. Would not hesitate to recommend this company or rehire them for future work. The people make the company!! Nice job FSM!!

I recently had this company out for an inspection, and I was very impressed with their service. Although I ultimately chose not to move forward with them, Bradley Cooper (even though he was not the real actor) was thorough and professional. The contractor arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain the details of what they found. He was knowledgeable and transparent, providing insights and answering all my questions. Even though I decided to go in a different direction, I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience overall!

FSM came out to waterproof my basement where the drainage had gone bad due to age. There were a few issues and the team had to come back after the initial fix, but FSM handled it vey well. They were not satisfied until I was happy with the project. All employees who came to my house were great communicators (called before estimated arrival time to let me know they were on their way, answered all my questions while on site, provided call backs, etc.) Alex K., Terrell Jr., and Jason were professional, friendly, and extremely hard workers. They were very respectful of my home and property (with a job that is quite messy!) and at the end of the day everything was clean and back to normal. I'm happy they were on the job and would recommend them, and FSM, to anyone needing basement waterproofing.

They did a great job installing support posts in our basement and piers under our porch. They were quick and professional and Ryan explained clearly the work they were doing. He also stated why, as the foreman, after seeing the plans and reality, I didn’t need all of the work that was outlined in the plan. This saved me money, which is honestly rare. They didn’t try to upsell me anything, and I do appreciate the honesty. Jared and Taylor were also friendly and helpful.

On 12/4/25 the Rush City crew was out for 2 days to remove pavers & a ramp from the garage then dig up floor to make a trench to install anchors to the back of the brick wall which was bowed. Each of the crew (Austin F., Andrew W., RJ, Brandon & Dakota) was friendly & the foreman gave us constant updates on arrival times, access to garage, etc. We would highly recommend them for future projects.

Foundation Recovery Systems has saved my basement. We've had an extreme amount of rain, but ordinarily it would not have even take that much to make the basement leak. FRS nailed it. No leaks. Trevor, who did the annual basement inspection to make sure all is working properly was thorough, personable, and took the time to answer my questions. I'm a satisfied customer. I now feel like I can safely refinish the basement when needed.

Big thanks and shoutout to Aaron Flowers, Andrew Welty, and Carlos Gutierrez who flew in from the Denver, CO groundworks location to address my encapsulation job in California! All three were complete professionals while completing the project. They treated our home with respect (placed plastic to protect our floors and walls as needed), cleaned up after each work day, and kept us informed on how the job was progressing. We went with encapsulation due to each time we had heavy rain, the crawl space would get standing water/muddy (it comes up from the ground). Unfortunately we had a heavy rain storm the first couple days of the encapsulation project, and as such the crawl space turned into a muddy mess. Aaron, Andrew and Carlos would come out of the crawl space looking like they had just completed a mud wrestling match. They kept a positive attitude, and pushed through the challenges of the muddy crawl space to get the project completed. Thank you Groundworks for sending such a great crew to complete my project!
