He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. Erik E. came to the house and gave me a rundown on what my options were and what to expect from the company. He was very informative and personable and I signed up to have the work done. Before the team showed up to work, I was given clear expectations from Groundworks as to what I needed to have completed so the team could work efficiently. When the first day of the three-day job came the work team (Mike K., Harry M., and Josh G.) inspected the job site and went right to work. At the end of each day, Mike called me and told me what had been accomplished and what was coming up the next day. Looking at the end results, the team worked well and everything was done on time. I highly recommend Groundworks and the people they have doing the work! I feel much better knowing the structure of the basement is sound and dry!

AFS is a fantastic company. From our first meeting with Bryson to discuss the crawlspace issues all the way to getting the work done everything went smoothly and professionally. Micah, Shawn and Kayden are excellent at getting the supports put in and beams placed. The difference is unbelievable. We are so thankful. It was a difficult week with all of the noise, but it had to be done and these guys made it much easier for us. Explaining everything as they went along. Tyler, Tristan, Alan and Max where all great to have here doing this project at my home. Tyler, from when they arrived till the job was completed always kept me in the loop and gave me a full tour underneath. Very satisfied with the professional job these guys did. I am very pleased with the concrete lift work completed by Foundation Recovery Systems. Mike and Nick were very friendly and professional as they were explaining step-by-step how the project would be completed. As we did the walk through, they pointed out other areas that would need attention soon in addition to what was outlined in the original contract. I agreed and the additional work was able to be added to the contract for a reasonable added cost with no problem. Although additional work was added to the contract, Mike and Nick were still able to complete the job in 1 day with quality. They consistently asked if I had any questions and answered the questions I had professionally and courteously. They did an excellent job with clean-up which left me nothing to do when the job was completed. I will definitely work with Foundation Recovery Systems again.

The initial process of working with AFS has been great! The inspector, Chris Bell, was thorough and very knowledgeable in explaining the ins and outs of his findings. He made sure I understood my options and was able to answer all of my questions. I have confidence in continuing my home’s crawl space repairs with Chris and AFS!

We had our crawlspace encapsulated, some structural supports added, and a dehumidifier for humidity control installed by AFS. We just had our one year follow-up inspection done today. I don’t recall the last time I wrote a review but feel compelled to write one today. I Have hired hundreds of employees in my career, and managed a large workforce for many years. I am considered well qualified to evaluate employees. Our inspector was Sammy Stokes. He was exceptional in all aspects of the service provided, and public relations. Respectful in his tone, he displayed a high level of expertise along with a great work ethic. He is a rarity now days, AFS has a great representative, and the consumer has a great service provider with Sammy at the job site!

We had a really great experience at with all the guys we worked with at Foundation Recovery Systems. Starting with Preston originally, then Sergio's team, with Jay I believe and the guy who was with them on the second day (forgetting name) who was very knowledgeable as well on all parts of the job. This of course is the type of work you wish you did not have to do or pay for; but starting from the beginning I got a lot of confidence with the process, then the guys doing the work. Very impressed with the outcome, and what the future now holds with no more water issues in the basement!! Thanks

Their response time is very quick by phone, text and email and the staff are very professional, providing before and after photos and a customer inspection before they leave the site. They also provide the option of annual inspections.

I'd like to send a huge thank you to Wayne, Tom, and the Crew that was out at my house last Friday to install the top of the line water proofing system in my basement. The professionalism, explanations, and work completed far exceeded my expectations. The sump pump system itself is top notch. I'm very appreciative to Tom for working with me on the routing of the discharge system. I cannot thank you enough. Called AquaGuard to help advise on some moisture coming into our garage after months of not being able to determine the cause. Adrian was an absolute rockstar, he came and consulted with us and after taking a look said "That's an easy fix, I'll just take care of it". He grabbed a shovel and dug down around the side of the house where the water was coming in and didn't even charge us. Adrian and AquaGuard absolutely impressed and they'll be first on the list to call the next time we need something.

Ty was thorough and amazing throughout the entire foundation inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the condition of the home. It was obvious he genuinely cared about doing a quality job and making sure we felt confident moving forward. Highly recommend!

The crawlspace in our home needed lots of work. The old insulation was degraded and falling off, the sump pump was ancient, some evidence of moisture in the crawlspace, and the old tarp was degraded and the dirt under it was showing through. Sean came out and did an assessment and proposed some work be done. I was expecting the project to be overly expensive, but was shocked at the low price. I decided to move forward with the project. Clem, Dylan, and Khris came out and finished the job within a day and a half. Clem the foreman explained every step of the process. Clem and his team made me feel very comfortable with the work they were going to do. They replaced the insulation with new insulation. They replaced the sump pump and moved it to the back of the house, with a well in the backyard. The final step was to encapsulate the crawlspace. After everything was done, the crawlspace looked brighter and cleaner. Clem demonstrated the sump pump. Overall very satisfied with the work completed.
