I had IBA install a mix of Intellijacks and carbon strips in on one of my basement walls. Dylan really hung in there on the prior project and came up with a workable solution for me — I felt he went far out of his way and demonstrated care that is rare.. During the yearly follow up for that work (which is holding up), it was identified that some Intellijacks for foundation beams would help solidify my house (the beams were wood and not large enough, so the house was shifting). Ricky did a great job explaining the situation and my options. He also spoke at length with me and took time to help me understand when I had questions and got confused. Jeremiah T and Mark F. did the work and were excellent. It was invasive work, but they were pleasant to be around, communicated clearly, were fast, and kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterward. No one wants to have this sort of work be necessary — IBA was recommended by a construction friend and I agree they are a good choice if you do need this sort of work. Professional, thorough, and guarantees included with their products and work.

Only to find out that the pump needed replacement as we have had the system well over 12 years. Ishan spent the time to thoroughly go over our options and explain in detail several times so that we were fully educated. After we decided to replace the pump, Ishan went ahead and did the work. He went over all the things that we needed to know on the operation of the pump afterwards he also made sure everything else was in order. We called Mount Valley last Friday to get an estimate on some foundation repairs that have gotten progressively worse. They scheduled an appointment that day for Wednesday of next week. Dino Rhoads was the technician who came to assess the issue. He called to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He was very considerate and polite and had a vast amount of knowledge. The assessment took several hours and I was amazed at how thorough he was in getting exact details so that he could best create a plan for us. When he finished looking at, around, and under the house, we sat for at least an hour where he shared pictures of what he saw and explained in detail what they indicated. I never got the feeling like he was trying to sell me anything that I didn't specifically ask for and need. Dino showed excellent professionalism, and an exceptional knowledge of our situation and the best ways to remedy them. I'm very impressed! I would absolutely recommend their services! And, ask for Dino!

We initially had him over to check out a chimney leak, but he helped is realize that it was more of a roof problem than a chimney. He also was very down to earth and kind enough to gift us with knowledge about our home since we are first time homeowners. Their excellent communication, clear instructions and explanations, their punctuality, and just their overall extremely pleasant demeanor made them a joy to work with. They kept things simple and straightforward. Also, they were always on time, outstanding punctuality! The images and information they offered for my foundation issues were very helpful and made me confident in my choice to use Alpha. They explained the scope of work very well. They also kept the work site incredibly clean. I doubt I'll have any foundation issues in the future, considering their excellent work, but if I do, I will definitely use Alpha and will suggest them to anyone having foundation issues.

We are extremely happy with the workmanship on our basement, and we highly appreciate the warranty provided by Foundation Recovery Systems on the work they performed for our homes longevity. Today we had our 1 year checkup and their Service Technician Jesse F. was very professional in every way, and he provided us with a detailed report of his inspection findings, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. An excellent experience starting with Cody. He was thorough in his inspection, provided a ton of pictures to go along with his findings, and offered options suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond, to explain that the products were safe for children. The team, Oscar P, Paulino L., and Bryant V., were amazing. It was the coldest week of the year, and the last couple of days it rained. But they did not let it deter them and completed the work on time. The end result looks great. After they were finished, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done, showed me the pictures they took throughout the process, and asked if I had any questions now or later to reach out to them. I received a phone call every morning of what they were setting out to accomplish, and every evening of what they actually accomplished. You will not be disappointed with Dry-Pro. I highly recommend.

Best company ever. So conscientious. They understand your home is your biggest asset and any problems with it can induce great anxiety. Tyler was my technician at my annual inspection last week. He was on time (on the dot!) and very, very thorough. I appreciate this company that saw me through an extremely trying process in the best of times. At the time of the original basement restoration (2021), I was in the midst of terrible person trouble and they stuck with me until the end of the project. KUDOS to THBS and Tyler! Cannot recommend them enough and frequently do recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work.
