Wow! I am on the building and grounds Committee for our church and what started as a flooring moisture problem was discovered to be a crawl space moisture problem. With a complete inspection from Abe Austin he showed us our problem source and how we could remediate for the future. The encapsulation crew of John Jones, Anthony G. And Gavin P. were clean and professional all the while keeping us informed. We also had a foundation problem on the corners of our Sanctuary that AFS, with the crew of Cesar Moreno, Juan Zumora and Meguiel, placed helicals to lift and stabilize the foundation. We could not have asked for a better job, crew or price. Our church is now ready for future generations. Thank you so much for a job well done.

My installers Ian, Gerritt, and Shyhine were very respectful and courteous. Rob, who inspected my home and provided repair plans was also very respectful and courteous. They worked as a cohesive team and provided feedback in a timely manner. The job was completed a couple of days before scheduled. I give them 4 stars since the results of repairs will not be seen for months and follow-up work still needs to be completed. Great job guys!

Collin Dozier inspected our crawlspace and gave explanation of what was going and what was needed to fix the issues. Nero, Hector and Denilsson arrived on time and ready to work. We had 9 jacks and a steel I beam installed. Once finished, Denilisson took me on a tour of their work. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. One thing that I really appreciated is that there was no pressure. My front steps were separating from the house. We shopped around and settled on MVFS because we thought they offered best product. MVFS encapsulated our crawl space plus put in 2 sump pumps/drains. We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. We worked with Mark (sales), Joe, Dez, Zach and Darryl (encapsulation guys) and all were professional, kind, they explained things well and worked till we were satisfied, even work late nights on occasion. We would definitely recommend them.

They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. The area was quite messy, but they cleaned it out and prepared it before starting the installation. They took before and after pictures. We are very pleased with the work Wyatt, Quevin, and Tucker did improving our crawl space. The estimate was for 3 days of work but they stayed late and finished it in 2. They replaced the old thin damaged black plastic vapor barrier with a new high-quality one, added wall insulation above the foundation, and installed a drainage system to keep the area dry. The team was professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Highly recommended.

After having a great experience with this company last year when the waterproofed my basement and put beams in, I had another great experience at my first follow-up appointment. Phillip P came to adjust the beams, do measurements, and check things to make sure they were all working well. He was positive and very thorough in his work. He made sure to show me what he did, talk about what he noticed, and clean up the area. He then returned later in the week to replace the parts (screws? I don't know. They look like big screws but are surely called something different) that are no longer the correct size to "make sure they don't forget to bring them next year." He's a hard worker and did a great job!
