When they arrived here exactly on the time that they said they were going to be here I felt confident this was going to be a good experience. The gentleman who showed up was professional and braced me for the sticker shock at the price and handled my questions. The company stayed in touch, offered me sales, and when I was ready, got everything moving forward quickly. They handled everything, got my house back straight, with professionalism and respect- stopping their generator whenever I came around to check. Thankfully they offer financing, we’re so good about communicating and making sure I was happy with the work. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys.

I am glad that the crew finished the work in under four weeks (single level home, 1333 square feet, with a challenging crawl space). The foreman, Estevan Jimenez, managed the crew, morning to night. A variety of skilled workers contributed, including a lot of soil management. Some extra features were added as they were needed, like french drains along the interior perimeter. No pipes were broken, some cracks appeared, as expected, and many of the doors work better than before. I feel confident that we have a good chance of preserving this old house for many years to come.

My husband and I had been fighting with D. R. Horton for over 3 years to fix the foundation in our new home they sold us 4 years ago. AquaGuard was recommended my our structural engineer as a viable solution to our problem. Adrian Haynes, Field Representative, came to our house and professional analyzed our foundation issues and gave us a solution to stabilized it against future drift. Based upon his detailed analysis their engineers drafted a blueprint, set a date for repairs and acquired the appropriate approvals from the proper government agencies. The repair work was expertly completed by Audiel Soria (Crew chief) and his experienced team in two half days. With the exception of 4 small concrete patches there was little evidence that they had been here at all. Steve and I highly recommend AquaGuard

Didn’t believe that the sump pump and inside French drain could be done in two days. That is exactly what happened. Two days and the project completed. Luis S. Gustavo G. Gerson M and Devon W. Did a great job. On time, professional, personable. Clean up, yard and basement, better as can be expected. They did such a nice job, that I will never have to see them again on this property project. 😀 If needed, I would definitely use them again. From getting the bid (Dale K), to the completed project, all questions and concerns were answered. Had water intrusion in the past, nothing recently, My project was more a preventative issue going forward. So waiting for the next big storm to test the system. ⛈️ As a final note, any call I placed to FSM was returned within, or less, then the next day. Office staff, exceptional.
