We hired Innovative Basement Authority to waterproof our mother’s basement and reinforce the foundation. Our crew was led by Dion Rozumny assisted by Jaden and Seth. They finished the job in four days in sometimes below zero temperatures with no complications. Dion communicated clearly and with uncommon forthrightness and the team worked extremely well together. But mainly they just worked really hard- harder than I’ve ever seen for this type of work. They were extremely polite and good natured but I want to emphasize how focused and dedicated they were as a team. They dug ditches in a snow squall with 40 mph winds and -10 wind chills without a complaint. These guys are really something special and I’m very confident about the work they did to secure my mother’s house as a result. The inspector even noted that this company and crew are known for doing superior work in a very respectful, efficient way. I strongly recommend this company and the all-star crew of Dion, Jaden, and Seth. Absolutely superb experience from start to finish!

I'd give so many more stars if I possibly could! We were so very pleased with the entire Rescon Basement Solutions experience. Bob came to our house and assessed our basement/bulkhead wall issues. We were involved in any decisions and were given a very honest, complete quote and a scheduled date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, before the scheduled date, we had a very heavy rain and water poured into our basement. Bob from Rescon gave us advice on how to handle that and Alexa was able to move the work date up to help us out of a big jam. Patrick, Jake and Tim arrived promptly to get the work started. They were very professional and explained absolutely everything they were going to be doing. They set up plastic tarps to keep the rest of our basement clean and did a fantastic job. When they completed the work, they went over all of the new equipment and explained everything to us. We were happy with every part of this project. Cannot recommend Rescon enough!!!!

I'm going to have his company fix my issues and finally be done with a wet basement. We were impressed with Groundworks when Christian offered us a good solution, followed by the diligence, comaraderie and performance by Mike, Douglas, Damon and their teams who dug dirt, removed the old, staged and installed the new, followed by more skilled workers –the encapsulation team of Robert, Phil and Blair. It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.

The people with Innovative Basement Authority have been a pleasure to deal with, starting with Jan and his assessment and thorough explanation of our options. Then came Brandon and his crew of James and Joel. They worked diligently and completed the stabilization of our basement in a timely manner and did a thorough job cleaning up. My only issue is that they forgot to plug my freezers back in after they got what they needed to in place. He took his time with us and was very good at explaining all of the different options AFS could provide to help us make the right decision. Brock made us feel comfortable in our decision to hire AFS. From the beginning and throughout the whole project, Oscar, Rogelio, and Everardo were very professional and respectful of our property and our time. Hunter and Brad arrived today and performed an outstanding job making repairs to several sections of my driveway which were having issues with severe cracking, caused by settling which left void areas beneath the sections of driveway. They injected foam into those areas which will stabilize those areas to prevent further damage then filled in the cracks. Their work made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the driveway.
