On install day we had two fabulous crews that did the work. Franciso, Rene and Carlos replaced our sump pump and had the super tough job of digging the trench for the discharge line. He took the time to chat with us about our concerns and plans for remodeling so that he could be sure of what we wanted. The second time was even better (Matthew K, Fernado A, Mike L, David L and Elyas V, Five stars from me). Everything went smooth. The crews were efficient and friendly. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. Initially disappointed that expectations of having the work done in 2025 were not met but were prioritized and completed first in 2026. Connor and Tyler were a great team. They were on time, communicated in advance, and fully completed the job to my expectations. With a properly raised driveway and walkway, I don’t have to gun my car engine to get into my garage any more.

I contracted with JES to have my Foundation repaired a Sump Pump and a full basement Dehumidifier installed. The onsite foreman Mr. Jaime Castillo was timely with keeping to the set work schedule JES provided. The work crew, Mr. Noel Larios, Mr. Erik Morales and Mr. Antonio Canales show strong work ethic in preforming their duties. Mr. Castillo explained each step of the job in layman’s terms as they worked. I myself have the habit of asking the same questions repeatedly and the foreman Mr. Castillo would take his time and re-explain the task as they worked. Mr. Canales was also knowledgeable with helping me understand the Sump Pump drainage process.The clean up was excellent paying attention to every detail.

The day of, communication with the onsite team was clear, visuals were shared, any concerns addressed, work area cleaned up, and all done in one day instead of the initial estimate of two days. What an amazing experience I just had. Called yesterday for someone to come out and give a quote. My appointment was 12-1. I got a call at 8:40 asking if it was okay if they came earlier. I said of course. The technician was so nice and showed me exactly what was happening with my water heater and why it needed to be replaced. Got the quote and was able to install it today! I will be telling everyone about how great this experience was and to only use them.

I just want to give a shout out to Micah from Groundworks! He came to our house today to do the semi annual inspection and was so courteous and professional that it really made me feel totally comfortable having him in my house. So many people complain about workmen and contractors that I really wanted to say this is a company that prides itself on having knowledgeable technicians and their professionalism He also suggested something amazing to me. He suggested that we get a device that measures the progress of foundation cracks. We have a few foundation cracks due to years of Water in the basement. He was not trying to upsell anything as these devices are very reasonably priced and able to be purchased through Amazon. We have not had any issues with water in our basement since having our system installed in the basement. We can now actually use the basement because it is not damp or smelly. This is the first time in years we can have clothes hanging up and not worry that there is going to be a moldy odor about them. I highly recommend this company for peace of mind with any water issues you may have in your house. And thank you again, Micah!

We had our yearly service to Our equipment that JES foundation repair installed. It has always been a pleasure to do Business with JES foundation repair. Garrett Williams was the service technician to come out. He called when he was on the way and was on time to do the service. He was very Knowledgeable on what he was doing and a pleasure to talk to. He informed us on how the service would be done. He removed our two pumps to service and found both pumps to have bad check valves. He replaced both valves and reinstalled the pumps, rechecked operation and finished the service. JES foundation repair has always sent nice service technicians out to do the service. But Garrett Williams has far been the best one to come out. I highly recommend JES foundation repair to anyone that has foundation issues. & ask for Garrett Williams for your Service work. March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job.
