From the gentleman who arrived to look at my crawlspace and work up a great bid, to the reps on the phone to the installation team of Caleb Britton, Aiden Lanford and Spirit Ettesvold I was treated like a customer should be treated. Everyone was ON TIME, friendly and courteous, professional and determined that my husband and I be happy with the encapsulation job from start to completion. I was texted before the job with an ETA that matched what I had been told by Eric when he did the bid. I was called when they were on their way. The job was explained at every step. I can't say enough about how outstanding the service and work we received from the Alpha,Foundation team….Starting with Brad, who came out evaluated our home and situation. He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. I requested a quote to potentially repair my floors and basement. The inspector, Nate Burrow arrived on time and explained the inspection process clearly. He performed a thorough inspection. Unfortunately my house is in too poor condition to undertake repairs because water and termite damage is too extensive. Nate saved me money by letting me know that undertaking repairs would be costly and would probably uncover a continuous chain of other unseen problems. This let me know that my money would be better spent building a new home instead of throwing it at an unending project. Thank you Nate!

A plumber referred us to groundworks, they were able to get us in for an inspection with James tobin the next day. James was super friendly, he explained his process thoroughly and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. He was able to pinpoint the cause of the leak in our basement and help me understand why we had this issue. By the end of the inspection i had a better undertanding and had peace of mind that we adressed the issue. I would strongly recommend hiring groundworks for an inspection if you are buying a home with a basement.

The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. If I could give them 10 stars I would. GREAT JOB!!

Best company ever. So conscientious. They understand your home is your biggest asset and any problems with it can induce great anxiety. Tyler was my technician at my annual inspection last week. He was on time (on the dot!) and very, very thorough. I appreciate this company that saw me through an extremely trying process in the best of times. At the time of the original basement restoration (2021), I was in the midst of terrible person trouble and they stuck with me until the end of the project. KUDOS to THBS and Tyler! Recently purchased a commercial grade dehumidifier from FRS and had it installed in our crawl space. Timber was very knowledgeable about the product and size of unit we needed. The installation crew arrived on time and made a modification to the wooden frame of our crawl space entrance to enable the unit to fit through the opening and be properly installed. A few months later, Timber stopped by to check on things to be certain that the unit was functioning properly and that there was no kink in the drain hose or anything. As a result, the crawl space is bone dry despite the high temperatures and humidity we have had this summer. The unit is doing what it is designed to do. We are very satisfied with Foundation Recovery Systems and recommend their services.
