Our annual AFS inspection results showed major concerns with our basement. Thankful the inspection tech found the issues early. We had a second dehumidifier installed and the floor joists and sub flooring sprayed to kill mold that had begun to form. AFS was able to schedule us within 2 weeks of inspection. The installation techs were prompt, very efficient, and cleaned up after work was done. They were in contact with me during the entire process. Highly recommend AFS for any foundation/basement concerns.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Matt and Chacar. They are the BEST workers I have ever seen. They worked diligently and non stop all while they were there. Chacar knew what he was doing and did it well. When he needed guidance from Matt, which was seldom, he did it quickly and without hesitation. Matt is extremely good at his job as Forman. He could be doing one thing while still noticing what the others are doing and correct what needed to be corrected. The work they were doing was very physical but they kept moving and very, very seldom ever took a break. They are also very polite and courteous and cleaned up very well when completed. The project went longer than anticipated due to weather, which you just can’t control but Vidal put in so much extra time to catch things up. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and we appreciated how hard he and his team worked to make up for the lost time. These jobs can also get pretty messy but they left our home very clean. I also very much appreciated Vidal making me aware of plumbing issues we had. If he had said nothing these would have continued without us knowing. They aren’t the cheapest BUT I don’t regret spending the extra money. They do very good high quality work and I feel like we got what we paid for.

Upon requesting information on a consultation Mr Clark Davis reached out to me via phone call setup an appt and was on time and very patient with due to me having to get off work but he greeted me with a hand shake while introducing himself. He thoroughly explain to me what his job title was as well as what he came to do. He did a thorough inspection under the house as well as took pictures to help me understand what he was looking for and what all needed to be like he really explained in detail what was expected to be done also showed me videos of what was goi no to be done. I was VERY confident and trusted that I was in good hands with him at that moment. Fast forward he then called me with the dates on when the crew would come and they too were also very thorough greeted me and they were all on point with EVERYTHING. This review is for any single, female, homeowner that needs work done and are looking for an honest company. Trust Bakers. I had Bob come to give me an estimate on my cracked, sunken patio, he let me know they could try to do it but it wouldn't be pretty and I may not get the results I wanted. I wanted to try anyway. We booked. Bob called and said I was assigned a foreman named Hayden and he thought that was the best foreman for the job. The day of my appointment arrived, bad weather hit. They went out of their way to reschedule me for the weekend. No worries. The day came. Hayden arrived and let me know if he did the job I would be wasting my money and that I should just put the funds towards getting a new patio….in a nice way. When Bob did his inspection my patio was decorated with chairs, rugs, Halloween decorations and things. I had it emptied for the job. So, he could not accurately assess. Not his fault! I'm very happy with the services I ended up not receiving from this company due to their honesty and ethics. Customer service was also great. Communication was great. If I ever have a need in the future (I probably will, my house is 107yrs old) I will not hesitate to contact Bakers Waterproofing. You shouldn't hesitate to contact them either!

We had to repair or replace a 18×20 ft concrete patio at our condo that had a major crack, and I got three companies to give me an estimate- two of them were going to just remove the old patio and re-pour the patio. The AFS estimator showed me exactly what had caused the problem – the ground on one side had sunk due to moisture, and showed me a video of their foam process which lifts the concrete back into place and is ready to use after 15 minutes. The work is guaranteed for 5 years and the warranty is transferable to a new owner. The price quoted was less than half of one of the concrete replacement quotes that I was considering. The two technicians that performed the work were very professional and did the entire repair, including cleanup, in less than an hour. They took great care to ensure that the concrete was completely level and that the crack was filled and covered. I was very pleased with the entire process and will use them again in the future if any other foundation or concrete problems occur.

They started the job earlier than expected. They put in piers because the back of my house was dropping. When they were done I had cracks in drywall close up and doors that latched without lifting on them. Robert and his crew did a great job. I can't believe it only took a couple days. The lifetime warranty is a big plus for resale.

Zach and his crew did an amazing job repairing our foundation. He explained everything that was going to happen step-by-step, was always open to questions, and pitched in with his crew at work just as hard digging in and installing the poles to lift the foundation. They also had to saw into our wooden deck and put some temporary repairs in after the foundation work was done. All done professionally. My thanks to everyone. Crew-Zach, LJ, Anjel, kiwinoskey Field supervisor- Kazvin CFI- Kristopher All were professional, courteous and worked under some adverse conditions; we got an inch and a quarter of rain early the second morning and winds were gusting up to 45 miles an hour all day. After pumping the water out of the 11 holes dug the previous day, they still managed to finish in two days, just as predicted.

Chris was the initial contact who explained everything in detail, respected me as the customer and was not a high pressure salesman. The crew, James, Paul, Tyler and Phillip were awesome! They kept me in the loop and let me watch the process as they performed the lift and stabilized my porch and basement wall. Nobody wants to deal with leaks in their basement, and I would wager that paying for a new basement gutter and sump pump is not at the top of anyone's wish list, but Groundworks made this as good an experience as it could possibly be. The two onsite crew in particular (Logan Parsons and Tai Mark) did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop as they worked away. They were also super friendly and professional.
