I'm very pleased. We had three helical piers installed to stabilize one corner of our foundation. Chris W and his crew arrived early and worked quickly to hand dig the holes. They were professional and addressed any questions i had along the way. They used excavator with a boom to install the piers. They cleaned up and restored the foundation dirt/sand as if no work had been done. Best part is the foundation is stable and 'is not going anywhere'. It was not inexpensive but when I think of how expensive it is to fix damage caused by failing foundations, it was a wise investment. Additionly, considering the skill, labor and equipment required to complete the job, the cost was reasonable.

They explained to me the process step by step and answered all my questions. Foreman Daquois asked if I had a love for my shrubs if necessary do to assessment of equipment. I was pleased they asked before the removal. Foreman Daquois, Malik, and Jorge, they knew what to do for the job.They allowed me to see some of the aspects of what they were doing and I was amazed. They cleaned up the area after the completion and I was given instructions and information on using water spouts extensions to flow water away from the house from causing damage. Our office was experiencing groundwater problems in the basement and we were ultimately directed to Groundworks. From the initial inspection to completion of the project, everyone has been very concerned with making sure the job was done well, but also that we were pleased with the end result. The inspection revealed foundation issues due to the groundwater and drainage failures. Derek E. was our estimator and was a huge help on the budgeting and planning process. Josh L., Brendan K. and Lee N. were onsite for the project and were upfront and communicative, professional, and very conscientious to not damage anything even though we fully anticipated having to make some cosmetic repairs. I was even more impressed when they repaired a sprinkler line after we had been made aware that we would likely need to take care of that. I had some minor communication issues with the scheduling office, but nothing that affected the project. Supervisor Eric B. made sure the walkthrough had gone well, and the project was completed to our satisfaction before the team left the office. Groundworks is clearly a leader in this field for a reason, I would recommend them to anyone, and would be happy to use them again should the need arise.

He did an outstanding job inspecting the space that the unit was placed in and the dehumidifier. Clean the filter and also corrected an adjustment that made the unit breeze better. The crew that came out, (Jon, Adam, and Wyatt) to install piers on our garage did an amazing job. They used plywood to keep my sidewalk clean and worked very hard. I was having my water heater replaced while they were here and they even helped the plumber get the old water heater up and out of the basement! Some awesome young men. We made a very good decision and would happily recommend their work to anyone. Eli came out and did an extensive inspection. He was very knowledgeable and went over all of our options in a clear manner and answered all of our questions. Eli was a delight to meet and work with. Johnny and his instal crew of Michael & Michael also did a great job. They arrived right on time and ready to go. Johnny went over all of the project details. He answered all our questions. His team worked hard and efficiently. They had a large project done in approximately four hours. They cleaned up as well as possible after a pretty elaborate repair. Johnny and his team took care of all our concerns. Johnny and the Michaels were also great to work with.

Luis Toy and his team—Andrew and Joey—were outstanding from start to finish. Luis led the project with an extremely high level of professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. This was not a simple job, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the process, navigate the complexities of the project, and make sure everything was done the right way—not the easy way. His communication was clear, transparent, and consistent throughout, which made a potentially stressful project feel completely manageable.
