As a first time home buyer, knowing that a job like this had to be done was not a great feeling & made me pretty nervous. Very glad to say that their work ethic & customer service was immaculate! They gave a 2 day estimate on their job completion, but were actually able to complete the work within a day & a half. Naturally the job came with a considerable amount of noise, however it never had a negative impact on our daily lives. The pictures that were shown to me of the finished project were beyond words as I could see everything was done & installed exactly as described from the initial drafts shown. It was truly an impressive experience & the difference that I can feel walking around my home due to their work is quite an amazing feeling!

Dealing with structural issues is such a stressful ordeal, but all the gentlemen we dealt with at Baker's made it so much easier. Bradley Peterson was always available to answer questions and gladly came back more than once to make sure we were comfortable with his proposal and the finished product. The crew that performed the work were terrific. They showed up early and left late. They communicated about everything and best of all was their attitude. Every day for a week these men climbed under our house into a very tiny space and I heard hard work accompanied by laughter throughout the day. I never heard a comment that was negative in any way and they were always smiling. Tysean Lacks, Brennan Cole and Geovanni Medina have the best attitudes and work ethic! Job was substantially completed 10/07 And full payment was made on 10/08 With the agreement that a 10 foot condensation hose from the dehumidifier would be delivered to me on 10/11 so the Aprilair unit could be more centrally located . Currently hose is only 5 feet long. Also the delivery team did not provide any verbal instructions except to press arrows up or down to set the humidity settings . I was told with purchase that instructions would be given to me and explain maintenance .The agreement was the 10 foot hose would be delivered 10/11 and at that time instructions on care of unit would be provided verbally . I was there from 9a-4:15 and did not receive any calls to reschedule .

The entire process was smooth from the sales engineer estimate to the completion of the job, the communication was outstanding all along from day to day and ourblift was a big job with a full week of labor intensive work. Just wanted to say satisfied I am with the work that was done. I had an addition added to my home about 18 years ago that I have found wasn’t done exactly right. No support in the 16 foot addition which caused a crack above my bedroom door and the weight was causing cracks in the block walls of the original home. Shawn was the salesman that came out and did a very thorough inspection and presented to us what needed to be done, the floor was about 1 1/2” off level and the basement wall was bowed almost 2”. He explained what was needed to fix this. Audiel & Robert placed the 30ft ibeam and jacks under the addition and my floor. I now no longer creaking when we walk across the room and the crack is less noticeable. The next day Devon and his crew arrived to do their magic on the basement cracks. Both teams were very efficient, got in there and got the job done. They were great explaining what they were doing when I checked on them and taking pictures. Frequently you will find one person working and everyone else sitting around but this was not case with Aqua Guard! Everyone was always working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair.

Not all my projects are finished yet with AFS, but I wanted to make it known how good of a job Evan, Aldo, and Jorge did on my crawl space. Evan was super nice and handled all the communication with me and I’m sure the other two were nice, but they just got straight to work. It is very noisy, just be prepared. On top of tools, there is music and they start screaming at each other about how they don’t want to work on Saturdays…which is why they came on Friday at 7:30 a.m. and were done by 3. They showed me the pictures afterward. It looked so clean. Like a science lab, and Evan put foam wherever light came through. I’m super impressed.

We had Groundworks come out and fix our crawlspace that would usually have about an inch of water in it after heavy rain. They were professional, friendly, and even gave plenty of pets to our 2 dogs who liked to lay right in their way. Jonathan, Chuck, Ryan, and Henry got to work and finished the project in about 2.5 days. They showed us how everything worked, and went above and beyond with filling holes that mice were getting in. The picture with wire fence (to keep the cats out) is this morning after getting 1.5" of rain overnight. It is as dry as can be! The other photos were taken during the process. Thank you for drying out our crawlspace!!

I recently had a basement waterproofing job done by Jeffery, Marcus, Nate, and Dijohn, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jeffery, the project lead, walked me through the entire process, explaining the work involved and answering all of my questions. He made sure I understood what needed to be done and why it was necessary. The team worked seamlessly together, and the whole process went smoothly and on schedule. The basement is now completely dry, and I no longer have to worry about water damage or mold growth. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the care they took in making sure everything was properly done. I highly recommend this crew for any waterproofing needs. They delivered exactly what they promised and did so with great professionalism and expertise.
