ABOVE AND BEYOND! Rick always called at the beginning of the day to let me know their arrival time. Before they begin work each day Rick tells me what they plan to accomplish that day. Because I work from home the team has been so thoughtful and minimized interruptions, foot traffic (by getting in/out through basement window), and especially noise. Where they went above and beyond were two instances; 1) when they cleaned out one gutter drain seeing all the water that was coming into the basement from it being clogged. This was so they can do a cleaner job in that area of the house. Rick also recommended I hire a gutter company to do a more thorough cleaning and maintenance. And 2) when Rick looked into the sump pump after I asked him to, which I know is not in their scope. He confirmed the noise is normal and the pump is working properly. He even asked Victor to tape up the pipes coming out of the ground to provide some stabilization and hopefully reduce the noise. Rick and his crew are a professional, respectful, efficient crew. They do a very thorough and excellent work! I know I made the right decision going with Groundworks having worked with Rick and his crew!

Our first contact was with Kristopher (forgot last name), their sales rep; he measured, TWICE to ensure accuracy, before he gave us a 'bid' (or quote). I contacted another company for the same project; their quote was 2 times HIGHER, than FSS. The work was completed on time, and the crew cleaned up really well. I have NO problem recommending this company for ANY kind of leveling project. I am 90 years old, and 'picky' about who I recommend. Take it from me; this company deserves your trust!

I have been noticing cracks in the outside corners of my foundation walls. Contacted a foundation repair company for an opinion. The representative arrived, spent 15 minutes looking at the cracking corners and proceeded to explain what needed to be done to repair my failing foundation. He didn't ask to go inside to look at the basement walls and never once reached out to me (other than emailing his estimate for repair) after leaving. Today I met with Max Waller from your company! From the very beginning Max was amazing! He brought a laser level and showed me the slight changes in the foundation due to settling over time. He went inside to the basement and took additional measurements of changes to the walls. In total he spent close to 2.5 hours inspecting, measuring and answering my many questions. By the time he finished I had complete confidence that his assessment of my foundation was honest and accurate! I plan on having him back out for a follow up towards the end of the summer months. You have special team member in Max!!

Today Bryce Jacovetti from Groundworks came to look at a crack in the foundation of my house that was leaking water. He discovered that the water was actually coming from a city water main that broke causing water to go under the foundation. He was very helpful and worked with me to get the HOA maintenance folks over to try to shut off the water. The city maintenance folks have to come over to shut the water off because it's the city water line that is broken. In the meantime, he helped me with what are the documentation and evidence gathering to do for insurance purposes. I'm very grateful he was here to diagnose and walk me through this. Thanks again Bryce!

Home repairs are nerve wrecking alone (financially and hoping the job is done efficiently).After meeting with Bill and his trusting evaluation and Trevor Mcswain,Andrew Phillips, Andrew pellicano, Carlos and sam my mind was at ease. We had some foundation/settling issues that needed to be addressed. The crew listened to everything I had concerns about. They were extremely professional,polite,prompt and exceeded our expectations! Our floor had settled in the kitchen enough that there was a small gap where the counter top was pulling away from the wall. After their precise adjustments it was back in place. We eventually will have a full encapsulation and they will hands down be requested. We couldn't be happier!

I wanted to write a review because I’ve had multiple companies come out and do similar work, and Groundworks has by far done the best job. There were two guys in particular Ethan and Seth who did an amazing job. It seemed like Seth was training Ethan, and everything went smoothly; the finished work looks beyond perfect. Seth was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing, and Ethan was friendly and seemed to be learning quickly and retaining a lot of information. I did ask who the main crew lead was, and he wasn’t on-site most of the time. When he was there briefly, my wife mentioned he was often on his phone, so I’m not entirely sure of his involvement. From what we saw, Seth appeared to be the one really running the job. My wife even mentioned wanting Seth & Ethan back for future work, but I’d be hesitant to have the same crew again if the main lead continues to be absent most of the time and making outside life on his phone more important than work itself. That said, Seth and Ethan were outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. I’ve already referred a few friends to ask for them specifically at Groundworks in SeaTac. Thank you, Seth and Ethan, for your hard work and professionalism we truly appreciate it!
