The whole process was quick and easy. From the estimate to the end walk through. The technicians were in constant contact and easy to get a hold of if I needed to. They sent updates and pictures and explained everything in a way I could understand. They started on a Monday and finished on a Thursday. Even with some tight spaces they made the crawlspace look amazing and exceeded my expectations. The crawlspace is large, and made the house smell very musty and you could tell there was moisture in the air. They installed jacks and steel beams under the floor joists, before every movement made upstairs you could feel in another room. Now that the project is finished you can't smell anything and the floors don't shake. Would highly recommend if you have a musty crawlspace.

I am blown away by the professionalism and level of safety and comfort I felt from Zach Rose and Ryan Creed. I had several other companies come out and some were trying to push a sale and others kept using language that didn’t sit right with me at all, that were huge red flags. When Ryan and Zach came in, I was a little on edge because I thought “here we go more men that think they can take advantage of a single woman/ mother” and that is not what happened, like at all. They were gentleman and professional. They inspected the outside of my home and inside as well. Ryan came back with “I’d love to sell you something but nothing is urgent and you’re structure is safe and from what I see, is all normal wear from water being too close to your home outside and normal wear for a house 75 years old.” I immediately started crying because it was honest and good news and I have been having nothing but bad news for months with things in my home. Ryan said “I’m thinking if this was my home, what would I do and other than keeping water away from my house, there’s really nothing I can see from my opinion, that sticks out as a major concern.” Zach stayed back and did show me my front cement areas are uneven and pooling water towards my home. He did provide an estimate and honestly, I never got the vibe he did this in hopes I’d give them the work just because they were honest with me. It was a relaxed discussion and no pressure of moving forward. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the integrity they both have in providing transparent and I formed information. THAT is called nurturing sales. You nature the relationship by being transparent and having integrity. Because of this, I will most certainly be choosing them for any cement and waterproofing needs in the future. You both should understand that our meeting had such a huge impact in providing some safety to my nervous system and that is honestly priceless. Thank you both so very much!

Groundworks recently installed their triple sump system with battery back up. The installation was facilitated by Mr. Backus and Mr. Chechel, the job was completed by Jose in a timely fashion and supervised by Dominic. Workers were on time, took precautions with drop cloths etc, did the installation and cleaned up afterwards. The system works flawlessly and affords peace of mind with the back up. Alpha Foundations are the folks to call. The outstanding Alpha Foundations experience began with Ked’s arrival at our home. Ked listened to our concerns about the foundation and then conducted a very thorough inspection of not only the affected area but non-affected areas. Ked provided a complete and understandable explanation of the issues and a recommendation for stabilizing the foundation. His professionalism and clear communications really helped us decide to proceed. The excellent experience continued when Tyler, Gio, and Ryan arrived to install the push piers. Tyler provided a clear explanation of the process and gave me a timeline for its completion. These guys were very professional and took fantastic care of the landscaping while digging the holes and installing the push piers. Once when I was checking on their progress, Gio and Ryan showed me how the piers are pushed into the ground and the brackets support and fully stabilize the foundation. The next step of lifting the foundation went flawlessly. Tyler kept us fully informed of progress. They ended the stabilization process and did a phenomenal job resetting the landscaping and cleaning up the area. The final step of injecting a two-part urethane polymer into the area under the foundation for added stability and better weight distribution was done by Tory and Chris. These guys were at the top of their game and achieved phenomenal results. Their professionalism and skill were plainly evident from the moment they arrive. The cleanup after the job was so good you could not tell they were even there. Bottom line, from start to finish the Alpha Foundations team is head and shoulders above the competition. The professionalism of their staff is great and the quality of the work beyond compare. If you have an issue with your foundation or any of the areas they cover you will be glad you called them.

I needed to have both my porches stabilized due to settling so I called Alpha Foundations for a free estimate! Within a week Cody came out and did an inspection and was very friendly and answered any questions I had regarding what needed to be done. Within two weeks, Tory and William came to my house and stabilized both my porches within a couple of hours. Tory and William were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did am amazing job. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my entire porches for me after they were finished. I am extremely happy with the results and feel at peace that my home is safe from any settling under my porches. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations as you will not be disappointed! 😊

We were recommended this company by our son who had work done by them. They came when they said they would. Their price was reasonable and their work was excellent. Our lanai slab had cracks and had settled in a couple if spots. Our screen door would not open without a struggle. We could not have any ciating done to make it attractive. Alpha Foundations came in and leveled the slab. The door works well now and we had the floor coated all within one week. I cannit remember the tecs names but they were tge nicest. Hardest working young men. Our salesman was also excellent. This company is top shelf and highly recommended. Don't hesitate to hire them for you foundation work.

We had a terrific visit yesterday from the good folks at Groundworks/Hooksett New Hampshire. Graham (with his trainee) did a terrific job with the annual maintenance for our two sump pumps and two dehumidifiers in our crawlspace. They were exceptionally professional, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was pleased how professional and courteous the staff of Groundworks. It was a very easy process when we made our appointment to have someone come out to look at our crawl space to the last day of completion. The project took a week and when they come to work and if something comes up they’ll work around your schedule. I wish I knew about them a long time ago. They do have financing so you don’t have to worry about how to pay for it. Also they gave us warranty and it’s transferable. Plus they come out every year to check on their work. Thank you Groundworks for making our home enjoyable now.
