Over years my concrete driveway had cracked and in several places was raised and uneven. Nick, Ethan, Jason and Joel came out and quickly and very effectively fixed the driveway and sidewalk cracks. The biggest issue was the uneven area which was about 2-3 inches, and they just raised the concrete to make it even. They cleaned everything up. They were very professional. sorry no before picture. This was a 25 year old driveway.

Fred came out on a miserable day without complaint, explained the inspection process and got to work immediately. He then gave a thorough of his findings and already had recommendations ready to go. Work was performed THE NEXT WEEK by Trent, Darian and Tyler. Encapsulated, the crawlspace, added the floor jacks and lifted the house all in half a day. Would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone with housing issues.

Ohio Basement Authority gave us a very reasonable estimate for leveling out several problem spots in our concrete driveway and walkway to our front door. Then they contacted us when a spot opened on their job schedule a few months sooner than expected. Their crew, Nick and Earl, were on time, very personable, kept us fully informed on their progress, and did a great job. Our driveway, walkway, and front-door entryway look much better, with tripping hazards gone. Very happy with the OBA's work!

I truly appreciate the time they took in explaining the process, answering all of my questions, & ensuring they could achieve the results I wanted. It's very evident Luke & Anthony take pride in their work! I had a cavern underneath my newly purchased home's driveway from years of gutter outflow draining into unsealed joints causing an uneven surface, collapsing support, rough edges & cracks. Luke & Anthony used their expertise to level the sections, shifting them back into their original position & then smoothed & caulked the joint spaces. I can't believe how good it looks & am even happier that we are no longer at risk of collapse! I highly recommend Groundworks & Luke & Anthony.

The three-man crew worked together as a team that was well acquainted with having to adapt their procedures to the environment of the project assignment. Mason, as team leader, and Mason and Lewis worked well with each other; they were respectful in attitude toward customer and the project property. Originally, the plan was that it might take a day and half. Comment was made that rain was forecast for next day. Consequently, the crew decided to finish the job that day, contining to work after dark. They finished the job, leaving the work area clean and all materials picked up.

Alan the field inspector foreman Oscar and crew Ricardo did an excellent job. They were friendly and answered questions. They also provided me with information and the service they do. Alan took 2 hours or more explaining and using his meter reading equipment went all around outside perimeter of house and did the inside of every room. Free!!!! I had an area outside on patio by my Column Pillar that had sunken and was building up with water due to all the rain we had been having. When Oscar and Ricardo came and saw a concern of the Column Pillar where they were going to dig down and pour Polyurethane it could move the structure of roofing where column was attached to. It all worked out and Oscar even repaired the cracks around the pillar. They all did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Thank you to all at Groundworks!!!!!!!
