We haven’t had our work completed so we will come back and address any concerns “if” we run into issues. What I can say is Doug Helfrich has really helped and educated us on the project we are taking underway. He came out quickly and was very prompt with a response/bid which was appreciated as we were under contract to sell the home. He even came out a second time when we wanted to get something else addressed as well. On a Sunday at that! He was very prompt with phone calls and text messages and while waiting for our project has kept in touch to keep us updated. My dad is a hvac guy and Doug reminds me so much of him. Educating us, taking the time for small talk, just letting us know it’s a not a huge project they could handle it and do it all the time. He made me feel like we were one of his kids the way he spoke with us and has taken care of us. We hope the install process goes as smoothly as the bid/project assessment.

There was always communication and I didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. They took care of the permits, the plumber, and the electrician. Everyone was super friendly and my young son who was very interested in all of the work got to take a look and they talked to him about what was going on and what they were doing. They updated me multiple times throughout the process And made sure I was satisfied with all the work. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward as well! They made sure to inform me about the new sump pump, the alarm, and the dehumidifier so that I understood exactly what everything did and how to maintain everything. This was definitely a great investment into my home shout out to Miguel, Richard, Jasmany for all the hard work in the super cold weather!

The one from 2 years ago is perfect. He explained the industry’s standards have changed, and explained in detail the upgrades that are recommended. Very thorough. My husband lives in this house for over 30 years and nothing like this happens. This is the second time water episode issue in our basement. Jordan went outside and check until he pointed out the construction next to our house. He is a life saver because been dealing this water for 3 days. Only happened when this construction for water lines begins. And we didn’t know until this new company Basement Doctor came out.

Ace was the estimator who spent a good amount of time crawling around under the house and in the basement thoroughly documenting the issues. He also prepared a detailed proposal and presented his findings and solutions to us all at the same visit. Ace was very prepared, personable, and patient as he presented his solutions and associated costs.
