Had an interior drain and new sump pump installed about 2 years ago and Groundworks provides 5 yearly inspections. It was a lot of work but ultimately fixed the water coming into the basement. Just had a follow up inspection with Jeremy Elston and he walked me through all the components he was checking and why. Jeremy also reviewed other areas of the basement that might be trouble in the future, gave realistic advice on the severity and suggested we keep an eye on it going forward. I hope I don't have any other basement issues in the future but if so, Groundworks is the place that fixes them.

First and foremost this company was over 10k cheaper than one of their competitors! Secondly they was in touch with us a lot before the job was done so with that said their communication is 100%! They made two trips the day of the estimate cause they needed in the house to check a couple things. Once someone could be there they drove an hour at the end of their work day to look at what the wanted to check. Pairs Houchins and Kyle Juraszek told me what they was doing and why they was doing throughout the whole process. I’ve never had a company explain things like they did. These two young men went above and beyond. When they left you could even tell they had been there! THANKS for the professional work and even more professional attention to detail! You guys rock! I was pleased how professional and courteous the staff of Groundworks. It was a very easy process when we made our appointment to have someone come out to look at our crawl space to the last day of completion. The project took a week and when they come to work and if something comes up they’ll work around your schedule. I wish I knew about them a long time ago. They do have financing so you don’t have to worry about how to pay for it. Also they gave us warranty and it’s transferable. Plus they come out every year to check on their work. We shopped around and settled on MVFS because we thought they offered best product. MVFS encapsulated our crawl space plus put in 2 sump pumps/drains. We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. We worked with Mark (sales), Joe, Dez, Zach and Darryl (encapsulation guys) and all were professional, kind, they explained things well and worked till we were satisfied, even work late nights on occasion. We would definitely recommend them.
