The real measure of a company is not how they behave when all is well, but how they treat their customers when everything goes pear-shaped; and that's exactly what happened in our case. Sometimes you get a bad crew, a small group of ne'er do wells who simply don't perform. It happens. It happened to us. However once upper management found out what was going on they didn't hesitate to swoop in and make everything right, and that at a substantial cost to themselves. Concrete work is bloody expensive no matter the size of the job and, although we're just one small residential account, we were taken seriously and all repairs were done professionally and at our convenience. I can't praise these people enough for how they chose to behave when the chips were down, and I highly recommend them both for their skill and their commitment.

Completely satisfied with the job Groundworks did. They gave me a quote and stuck to it. They installed a total of five piers in two days (Zach, Kenny & Jorge). Notice the shrubs in the picture were not removed or hurt. While they don't guarantee closure of cracks inside or outside, they did exactly that with the foam injected under the slab from inside the house (Joe). They literally lifted an interior wall with that foam! The guys did a great job. Use them.

When we scheduled the appointment, he showed up exactly when he said he would — which already speaks volumes about his character. But what really impressed us was what happened next. He crawled underneath the crawlspace, carefully examined the foundation, inspected the cross members, and checked every area where there could potentially be an issue.
