Darin DeRosa was the Field Inspector who provided the diagnosis of our foundational issue. Darin was professional and highly qualified to perform the inspection and provide expert information to us. While the news was not what we wanted to hear, Darin gave us a detailed explanation and answered all of our questions and concerns. He also provided a solution that is the most minimally invasive which we appreciated. I want to mention that Darin also explained the long-term effects of what could happen if we choose not to move forward with the repairs. Alexis, Osman, and Alejandro were courteous and professional during the five days I observed them onsite. Our house needed a wall support system installed and a clogged french drain replaced and we are completely satisfied with their work, however, the true test will be when the Spring and Summer rains hit. The original french drain used to run like a river during the wet season but then last year it stopped draining water. Then the water started coming through the wall. We're looking forward to the french drain sump working again this year and no "crying" walls. I'd add some photos of the beautiful work they did but Google has restrictions for upload source – shame on them. Just one of MANY reasons I'm not a google fan.
