Business partners Brian Holt and Richard Reed founded Foundation Support Specialists in 2017. In 2022, FSS partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company to strengthen their presence in the community. FSS was featured on Inc. 5000’s list of the nation’s fastest growing companies and was honored The Best and Brightest Places to Work award in Houston and Dallas. FSS will now operate under the Groundworks name, while continuing to assist Texas homeowners with any foundation repair, crawl space, or concrete needs.

The crew (Cornell, Angel, Danny, AJ, and Lee) did an amazing job prepping the site, installing the piers, and cleaning up afterwards. Cornell, the lead foreman, stayed in continuous contact throughout the process and gave status updates to ensure the project was on schedule. Would recommend this crew to install piers for future projects.

I was skeptical but so glad I did it! We had a sidewalk leading to the pool that had sunk down several inches and was a trip hazzard and it looked bad but FSS lifted it up and it looks great now and no one would even know they were here. They replaced the material between the sections of concrete where it had started to pull away and they matched it to the stamped concrete and looks better then when new. David and Diego explained things and cleaned up afterwards to make sure I knew what they did and that things looked like they found it. They went above and beyond!

Brian did a great job explaining the process and working with me on payment options. Kaz and his team worked hard all day and got my foundation raised more than even expected. Doors are closing as they should and I am happy with the outcome. Kaz even accepted my request of patching the cracks with the cement he had used for the patio. All around great company, very honest and upfront. Will recommend to anyone needing foundation repair.

I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for.

From the first contact with this company & Kristopher (the sales rep who came to our home) to the work accomplished today (11/7/24) we have had NO problems or concerns with the competency, price, and work ethic of the crew that did our 'project'. Aaron Hudson & Zach Taylor were friendly, professional and good workmen. Before they came to the house, they kept in contact via telephone to advise us of when they would be arriving. Very diligent and they cleaned up after they finished. I heartily recommend this company for any driveway leveling needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Spinks, my Certified Field Inspector, who came to assess my homeâ s foundation. From start to finish, Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the assessment process and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and dedication to providing a comprehensive evaluation were truly impressive. He did not try to push things on us, rather, he gave us the tools to allow us to make informed decisions ourselves. Where do I begin… From the moment I had my free inspection I knew this company was different than all the others. But Being sold on a job doesn't mean that the work will match the sales pitch. I am happy to report that I had a 5 star experience with FSS and have even recommended them to another friend. Jay did my foam stabilizer and he was so personable and respectful. He was very communicative with me and was a joy to work with. Alex, LJ, and Angel did so much work! These guys were so cool and such hard workers. They did my sump pump, dehumidifier, and encapsulation. Alex spoke with me DAILY to make sure I was aware of what they were doing and even provided photos to keep me abreast of how the job was going. Finally, Lee and Zro did the soil injections. They worked fast and thorough. Lee was an absolute gentleman and made sure i was informed on what they were doing and why. Foundation work is such an expensive headache but this company makes you feel that it's worth it! If you are looking for this best, look no further than FSS.
