History
Business partners Brian Holt and Richard Reed founded Foundation Support Specialists in 2017. In 2022, FSS partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company to strengthen their presence in the community. FSS was featured on Inc. 5000’s list of the nation’s fastest growing companies and was honored The Best and Brightest Places to Work award in Houston and Dallas. FSS will now operate under the Groundworks name, while continuing to assist Texas homeowners with any foundation repair, crawl space, or concrete needs.

Brian Graham performed an inspection inside and underneath my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX on April 25th, 2024. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He communicated clearly the scope of the foundation problem by providing photos and a floor plan with elevations. In addition, his description of the proposed solution was understandable. He patiently answered my initial questions as well as my subsequent questions during the days after his inspection visit. Over the next several weeks, he patiently worked with me to schedule and reschedule the work to be performed as we had a series of atypical rainy weeks. Throughout the delayed scheduling process, I appreciated his responsiveness and agreeableness. He made the process easy by using all forms of communication, i.e., phone, email, text. Brian Graham is a valuable asset for FSS and an important member of their team! ###################### On July 9, 2024, a crew of about seven men from FSS performed the foundation repairs on my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX. They were focused, careful, and efficient as they did their work. I appreciated that they protected my carpet as they came in and out of my home and provided photos of the work they did upon completion of the project. ###################### Randy Blair, FSS Production Supervisor, was very helpful to me at the end of the foundation repair process on my small pier and beam home in northeast Dallas, TX. His role was to send the work crew to my home and then follow up with me after they completed the repairs. He was easy to talk with and was committed to my satisfaction. He answered my questions and concerns, listened patiently to my feedback, and responded appropriately to my subsequent requests. I appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism. –D Baker

FSS has been terrific partner through a very turbulent and frightening time for our house. When we started to notice foundation and crawlspace moisture issues, our thoughts go to the worst, but Rich helped us stay come, providing the most thorough inspection of any other company we had out, spending the time we needed to understand our issues and the possible solutions. He was always available for our questions and made us feel like he was in our corner. The crew that performed the work (shout out to Mark V, Danny, Moses, and Ricky) were absolute rock stars and very professional, communicating expectations clearly along the way. They were ahead of schedule and did a great job! Would recommend FSS to anyone who asks!

Workers, Aaron Hudson & Zach Taylor, were very efficient in repairing and leveling our driveway apron. They were on time, and kept us advised of when they would be here. Our first contact was with Kristopher (forgot last name), their sales rep; he measured, TWICE to ensure accuracy, before he gave us a 'bid' (or quote). I contacted another company for the same project; their quote was 2 times HIGHER, than FSS. The work was completed on time, and the crew cleaned up really well. I have NO problem recommending this company for ANY kind of leveling project. I am 90 years old, and 'picky' about who I recommend. Take it from me; this company deserves your trust!

We had our sinking driveway leveled in 2022. They did an amazing job, but I’m mostly impressed with the warranty FSS provides. Each year they come to adjust any settling that has occurred. Matthew Keller was here yesterday to make sure all was well. There was no additional settling despite the extreme drought. There were 2 neighbors who came and asked him to come look at their driveways. Matthew was so very kind and took the time to meet with everyone requesting his time. 5 stars doesn’t seem adequate for the amazing service we’ve received from FSS

I was skeptical but so glad I did it! We had a sidewalk leading to the pool that had sunk down several inches and was a trip hazzard and it looked bad but FSS lifted it up and it looks great now and no one would even know they were here. They replaced the material between the sections of concrete where it had started to pull away and they matched it to the stamped concrete and looks better then when new. David and Diego explained things and cleaned up afterwards to make sure I knew what they did and that things looked like they found it. They went above and beyond!
