Business partners Brian Holt and Richard Reed founded Foundation Support Specialists in 2017. In 2022, FSS partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company to strengthen their presence in the community. FSS was featured on Inc. 5000’s list of the nation’s fastest growing companies and was honored The Best and Brightest Places to Work award in Houston and Dallas. I used FSS because it was listed in the Best Pick Reports. My foundation repair began on Wednesday, October 23rd and was completed on Thursday, October 24th. My repair crew consisted of Earle C, David H, Robert T, and Moses I. These young men arrived at the time they said that they would or earlier. Earle was the team lead. Earle took the time to answer my questions, was knowledgeable, and provided reassurance. The construction team were very respectful of my property, and were courteous.

The FSS professional team, Kaz, Zach, and Angel, arrived on time, friendly, knew their product and its process, and got to work. They worked steadily until the job was done, a lot sooner than we expected. They were able to recommend follow up care, ordered the after foundation repair leak test and provided a link fo rpayment preferences. We would recommend this team again and again.

Just had an appointment with Ivan Aviles Field Specialist. He really knows what he is talking about. My wife and I were not sure what to expect because foundation repairs are no little job. The way he explained the process really made it a lot easier to understand. Going to have a few more appointments but as of now Foundation Support Specialists are my first pick.

Today the crew of Kazvin, L.J., Alex, Sheldon and Angel, had to work in the rain. They did a great job of working together to install the system. When they hit a snag, because of some tree roots, they quickly came up with a solution. They finished their part and picked up their tools and spread some leftover dirt in another part of our yard. They were polite and explained everything in great detail about the work they would be doing. I can only speak to the Service end as my wife set up the appointment and work to be done. Moses, Mark V, and Danny were great. They were professional and worked very hard. Danny kept me informed at every stage and gave me *and my wife via Facetime* some valuable advice and recommendations. So, in the end, yeah, I trust these guys. They were very sincere and honest in all transactions and communications. AND they finished early!

The Forman and crew (Cornell-foreman, Lee and Zero) were great. Showed up on time and kept us informed on progress. Kept the disruption to a minimum (the moved a lot of dirt) but returned to normal when completed. Had issue with plumber who came to redirect main waterline but separate company. Courteous, professional and did a great job!

FSS has been terrific partner through a very turbulent and frightening time for our house. When we started to notice foundation and crawlspace moisture issues, our thoughts go to the worst, but Rich helped us stay come, providing the most thorough inspection of any other company we had out, spending the time we needed to understand our issues and the possible solutions. He was always available for our questions and made us feel like he was in our corner. The crew that performed the work (shout out to Mark V, Danny, Moses, and Ricky) were absolute rock stars and very professional, communicating expectations clearly along the way. They were ahead of schedule and did a great job! Would recommend FSS to anyone who asks!

From the first contact with this company & Kristopher (the sales rep who came to our home) to the work accomplished today (11/7/24) we have had NO problems or concerns with the competency, price, and work ethic of the crew that did our 'project'. Aaron Hudson & Zach Taylor were friendly, professional and good workmen. Before they came to the house, they kept in contact via telephone to advise us of when they would be arriving. Very diligent and they cleaned up after they finished. I heartily recommend this company for any driveway leveling needs.
