Called Foundation Support Specialist because I had several other estimates for leveling my house from the companies you see on tv commercials and they were all over the place. FSS sent Ryan Cole out to talk to me. He was the first one who took the time to answer all my questions and made sense to me, so I signed up. FSS sent out a great crew, headed up by the foreman Cornell, co-foreman Lee and the installer Zero. Cornell went over everything again to make sure I understood what would be going on. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept us up to date on what they were doing and how long the job would take. They made me feel comfortable about the whole process and I couldn't be more happy with the results of what was done. My doors and windows all open and close like they are suppose to and I can use my master bath again! Next they will be fixing my concrete porch, patio, sidewalk, and also some G2 soil work around other parts of my foundation. I highly recommend this company. Great price, great work, great service!

Aaron Hudson and AJ Wilson came to our home And lifted two sidewalks, a travel trailer pad, portion of driveway at gate and Pool deck. We saw a couple of cracks in our walls and were concerned about our foundation. We called Foundation Support Specialists. They responded quickly. When Jonathan showed up, he was on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. He spent almost 2 hours checking every inch. His honesty and integrity was evident when he said there were absolutely no foundation issues. He did make a couple of recommendations for aesthetic fixes. I would highly recommend FSS and Jonathan Spinks

The crew (Cornell, Angel, Danny, AJ, and Lee) did an amazing job prepping the site, installing the piers, and cleaning up afterwards. Cornell, the lead foreman, stayed in continuous contact throughout the process and gave status updates to ensure the project was on schedule. Would recommend this crew to install piers for future projects.

The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can’t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together. After the service they themselves asked if there was anything else I needed taken care of, as well as were patient (after a long day of work) to answer any questions I had. Still a day or two after the work was completed FSS called to make sure everything was no less than satisfactory. As well as ask you specific questions to ensure the team that came out executed what they were expected to the company’s standards and if not so they can review it in their next meeting. I could tell FSS strives to be the best and are always looking to improve. FSS truly cares for you and ensures you’re left feeling good about the service. They’ll take care of your home as if it were their own.

I was little panicky when I felt the front section of the home we purchased just a year ago dropped down cracking some of the interior wall. After shopping around for a competent company to fix my foundation I settled on FSS. Well, today, Cornell and his three men crew came and did a great job stabilizing my foundation. They were courteous, professional, and above all patient in explaining to me what was done, how it affect my future improvements, etc. I am very happy to have chosen FSS.
