Called Foundation Support Specialist because I had several other estimates for leveling my house from the companies you see on tv commercials and they were all over the place. FSS sent Ryan Cole out to talk to me. He was the first one who took the time to answer all my questions and made sense to me, so I signed up. FSS sent out a great crew, headed up by the foreman Cornell, co-foreman Lee and the installer Zero. Cornell went over everything again to make sure I understood what would be going on. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept us up to date on what they were doing and how long the job would take. They made me feel comfortable about the whole process and I couldn't be more happy with the results of what was done. My doors and windows all open and close like they are suppose to and I can use my master bath again! Next they will be fixing my concrete porch, patio, sidewalk, and also some G2 soil work around other parts of my foundation. I highly recommend this company. Great price, great work, great service!

My experience with Foundation Support Specialists was great from start to finish! Having foundation problems can be very stressful, and the whole team at FSS made it much more bearable! Brian Graham was knowledgeable, understanding, and went out of his way to take care of my and my house. When he had questions about the job, he reached out to my foundation engineer directly to have a conversation. He was great! Aaron Hudson was the tech that came to do the work. He was kind, also knowledgeable, and helped to give me realist expectations for what to look out for after the job was done and how to move forward. His tech assistant Zach Taylor was kind, efficient, and worked hard to keep things clean. They left my house as the came and you can hardly tell where they did the work. So happy with my experience, and I will call them if I have any needs in the future. Would recommend them to any friends or family.

We had issues with our driveway and pool deck. Called FSS and Brian came out and did a thorough inspection and estimate, an extremely professional process. Diego and David showed up on the day of work on time and again, professional in outlining the work to be performed and the process involved. The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

From the first contact with this company & Kristopher (the sales rep who came to our home) to the work accomplished today (11/7/24) we have had NO problems or concerns with the competency, price, and work ethic of the crew that did our 'project'. Aaron Hudson & Zach Taylor were friendly, professional and good workmen. Before they came to the house, they kept in contact via telephone to advise us of when they would be arriving. Very diligent and they cleaned up after they finished. I heartily recommend this company for any driveway leveling needs.

The crew (Cornell, Angel, Danny, AJ, and Lee) did an amazing job prepping the site, installing the piers, and cleaning up afterwards. Cornell, the lead foreman, stayed in continuous contact throughout the process and gave status updates to ensure the project was on schedule. Would recommend this crew to install piers for future projects.
