Excellent service! I had a water sensor alarm going off near my sump pump and not only did GROUNDWORKS pick up the phone right away, they were able to get a technician scheduled in less than hour. However, long story short intended up not needing an appointment, called the technician, Tobias Moxon, who patiently listened to my issue and my resolution, made sure I had ‘fixed’ it correctly (sent pictures of the issue and he reviewed) and was confident in my resolution. He was patient and made sure to ask questions to make sure I was good to go!

Courteous and professional service from start to finish! We had a major crack and an uneven path to our front porch, which was a tripping hazard. Since I'm not a professional concrete reapairman, I sought the help of the Groundworks team, and I'm very happy I did. Their field inspector Derek and Michael did a great job of explaining available options, setting expectations, and educating me on the process so I could make an informed decision. On the day of service, technicians Mike and Jackson arrived exactly as scheduled, and did a quick brief what they would be doing and made sure any questions that I had at the moment. They completed everything within a couple of hours and the work came out amazing. I am incredibly happy with the results. Both the price and the service, really showed me that they valued were dedicated to their work. I highly recommend Groundworks with all my friends who need the service.

This has been my experience with Groundworks Colorado Springs. Our home has needed multiple piers and costly services to correct prior owner neglect and subpar soil in Highlands Ranch. The team of Matthew Kirby, Brian Fitzgerald, Blake Lair, Michael Erickson, and Tyler Myers have helped us immensely! Fantastic experience with Groundworks (Colo Spgs) so far! After submitting a request for a free inspection and estimate online, Mike Geiger, site inspector, contacted me by phone within an hour. He came all the way down to Pagosa Springs the next day. He was right on time. Very personable and professional. Reviewed our situation in detail, explained everything he saw in a very clear and understandable manner, answered all our questions knowledgably, and pointed out a couple of items to take care of before they do a lift of our concrete slab. Mike provided an itemized estimate while on site, and explained all the costs. We were happy to accept the estimate and get on the schedule to have such an obviously competent and reliable company do the work we need. Mike was such a pleasure to talk to and work with; I can't say enough good things about him! We are on their schedule to have the actual work done, but I wanted to provide this review even before that, since our initial contact with Groundworks was so good!! If you need a company for this kind of work, I highly recommend giving Groudworks, and Mike Geiger, a call. Just to be clear, I'm not being compensated in any way for this review; it is truly heartfelt!

Groundworks made it easy to set a time and date, that worked best for me, to have a crew come out. Jaden and his team added multiple sister joints and stability beams and installed it all in 2 days. I just wanted to say that these guys were extremely informational and cautious they stopped at the sign of unknown pipes and I also got to find out some cool historical facts about my houses old French drain system. They got straight to work and completed the job within the time promised for the job and were willing to answer any questions me or my mother had 11/10 for the burger on lunch break it came in clutch with our busy schedule recently I will refer groundworks to any friends or family who need this service we stayed in the home through the whole job Monday through Thursday it wasn't anywhere near as loud as I thought it was going to be and they were very understanding of my dogs and gave me 0 issues the whole time they were in my home. My experience with GroundWorks was AWESOME! Michael came out within a week for an estimate, made a quick and thorough survey, and explained my options with recommendations in detail. Clem, Garrett, and Nick came out, less than 2 weeks later, to install sump pumps in the crawl space and encapsulate the lower portion. Right from the start they had a great attitude, clearly described what they were going to be doing, and attacked the project. They completed the work in half the estimated time! I was given progress reports with detailed pictures each step of the way. After the work was completed, they tested the system and gave me easy to understand information on how to check the status of the components and basic upkeep. I was NOT looking forward to getting this work done as it was a complex, extensive problem I wasn't sure had a good solution. The way they broke it down, communicated, and completed the work so efficiently not only put me at ease, but also made it a joy. The work solved that problem of excess water AND added significant value to the house overall. I'd buy stock in these guys if I could!
