WOW! What a great company and what an awesome individual that came to my home to explain this whole process to me. Kuddo's to Parker! I had no idea how to go about getting some crawl space work done and actually googled (which I don't like to do!) and Groundworks is what came up. I made an appointment on line and the very next day I knew who my field inspector was going to be. Parker called to confirm, he than called the day of, just to make sure we were still good to go. He was punctual, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was so conscientious of me understanding what he was saying. I'm super excited to see the finished product, but wanted to give a big thanks even at this time. Parker has now become one of my peeps that I will totally recommend to others!

The crawlspace in our home needed lots of work. The old insulation was degraded and falling off, the sump pump was ancient, some evidence of moisture in the crawlspace, and the old tarp was degraded and the dirt under it was showing through. Sean came out and did an assessment and proposed some work be done. I was expecting the project to be overly expensive, but was shocked at the low price. I decided to move forward with the project. Clem, Dylan, and Khris came out and finished the job within a day and a half. Clem the foreman explained every step of the process. Clem and his team made me feel very comfortable with the work they were going to do. They replaced the insulation with new insulation. They replaced the sump pump and moved it to the back of the house, with a well in the backyard. The final step was to encapsulate the crawlspace. After everything was done, the crawlspace looked brighter and cleaner. Clem demonstrated the sump pump. Overall very satisfied with the work completed.

My experience with GroundWorks was AWESOME! Michael came out within a week for an estimate, made a quick and thorough survey, and explained my options with recommendations in detail. Clem, Garrett, and Nick came out, less than 2 weeks later, to install sump pumps in the crawl space and encapsulate the lower portion. Right from the start they had a great attitude, clearly described what they were going to be doing, and attacked the project. They completed the work in half the estimated time! I was given progress reports with detailed pictures each step of the way. After the work was completed, they tested the system and gave me easy to understand information on how to check the status of the components and basic upkeep. I was NOT looking forward to getting this work done as it was a complex, extensive problem I wasn't sure had a good solution. The way they broke it down, communicated, and completed the work so efficiently not only put me at ease, but also made it a joy. The work solved that problem of excess water AND added significant value to the house overall. I'd buy stock in these guys if I could!

Excellent service! I had a water sensor alarm going off near my sump pump and not only did GROUNDWORKS pick up the phone right away, they were able to get a technician scheduled in less than hour. However, long story short intended up not needing an appointment, called the technician, Tobias Moxon, who patiently listened to my issue and my resolution, made sure I had ‘fixed’ it correctly (sent pictures of the issue and he reviewed) and was confident in my resolution. He was patient and made sure to ask questions to make sure I was good to go!

Mike and Jackson did a fantastic job and explained the process of what they are doing to ensure the foundation of the townhome is set back to 0 percent grade. It is very challenging to learn that your home's foundation is unsteady. It is then very comforting to be assisted by caring, knowledgeable, and helpful individuals. This has been my experience with Groundworks Colorado Springs. Our home has needed multiple piers and costly services to correct prior owner neglect and subpar soil in Highlands Ranch. The team of Matthew Kirby, Brian Fitzgerald, Blake Lair, Michael Erickson, and Tyler Myers have helped us immensely! They have guided us compassionately through difficult financial choices when we faced undesirable circumstances and brought successful resolution. I highly recommend them and am very grateful to be in such great hands! Thank you, Groundworks Colorado Springs!

I contacted Groundworks to look at my crawlspace after a leak occurred and James was wonderful! He was straight forward and honest with me and I found out that the repair I needed was a lot less extensive than I originally thought it was going to be. If you're looking for a business that does great work and has wonderful customer service I highly recommend giving Groundworks a call!

I really enjoyed visiting with James Parker. Your company is a stellar organization and I appreciate the work you did for my house. It was worth every cent. In addition any firm good enough to have Mike Rowe as a spokes person is alright with me. Again thank you for having James as an employee.

They installed 8! Peers with no issues. I just wanted to say that these guys were extremely informational and cautious they stopped at the sign of unknown pipes and I also got to find out some cool historical facts about my houses old French drain system. They got straight to work and completed the job within the time promised for the job and were willing to answer any questions me or my mother had 11/10 for the burger on lunch break it came in clutch with our busy schedule recently I will refer groundworks to any friends or family who need this service we stayed in the home through the whole job Monday through Thursday it wasn't anywhere near as loud as I thought it was going to be and they were very understanding of my dogs and gave me 0 issues the whole time they were in my home. And they also have a good taste in music 🎵 Sam L Brad T Daniel B

Anthony and Caleb came out for a poly renewal on the driveway and walkway. Basically I had some erosion under the driveway causing a slightly sunken slap and cracked, deap, widening control joints. These two were awesome. Arrived on time and completed the work in the time frame they specified. Lift looked amazing and concrete even. No more snow shovels snagging on concrete. The sealed joints looked great and looked better then expected. Definitely want this duo if another job arises.
