Anthony and Caleb came out for a poly renewal on the driveway and walkway. Basically I had some erosion under the driveway causing a slightly sunken slap and cracked, deap, widening control joints. These two were awesome. Arrived on time and completed the work in the time frame they specified. Lift looked amazing and concrete even. No more snow shovels snagging on concrete. The sealed joints looked great and looked better then expected. Definitely want this duo if another job arises.

We had a great experience with Groundworks. The crew—Michael, Chris, Dennis, and Victor—were incredibly hardworking, respectful, and professional. They showed up, stayed focused, and got the job done without any wasted time. Eric, the superintendent, checked in throughout each phase, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. Everything was explained clearly, and they even documented the work with photos. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that takes this much pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I had a water sensor alarm going off near my sump pump and not only did GROUNDWORKS pick up the phone right away, they were able to get a technician scheduled in less than hour. However, long story short intended up not needing an appointment, called the technician, Tobias Moxon, who patiently listened to my issue and my resolution, made sure I had ‘fixed’ it correctly (sent pictures of the issue and he reviewed) and was confident in my resolution. He was patient and made sure to ask questions to make sure I was good to go!

Krista did a wonderful job. She started outside and had me show her my areas of concern and explained what was going to happen next with her inspection. Once the inspection was completed she showed me the areas that actually were an issue and the areas that were fine. She had created a diagram that went over what needed to be fixed and how each area would need be fixed since some were different. This was great for me because in one smaller area I was going to need an additional lower level of support. She explained what the lower level of support was and why I needed it in only that small area. After showing me everything and explaining how it would be fixed she made sure I didn't have any questions. We went over her estimate, what the process would be and then reviewed the contract. She again made sure I didn't have any questions before I signed the contract. I had a great experience with Groundworks and highly recommend Krista.

Courteous and professional service from start to finish! We had a major crack and an uneven path to our front porch, which was a tripping hazard. Since I'm not a professional concrete reapairman, I sought the help of the Groundworks team, and I'm very happy I did. Their field inspector Derek and Michael did a great job of explaining available options, setting expectations, and educating me on the process so I could make an informed decision. On the day of service, technicians Mike and Jackson arrived exactly as scheduled, and did a quick brief what they would be doing and made sure any questions that I had at the moment. They completed everything within a couple of hours and the work came out amazing. I am incredibly happy with the results. Both the price and the service, really showed me that they valued were dedicated to their work. I highly recommend Groundworks with all my friends who need the service.

The two crews both arrived on time and worked continuously until their project was completed. I had my driveway lifted one week and a drain installed across the bottom of the driveway the next week. At completion the team leader went out of his way to answer all my questions and to clarify the warrantee covering my projects. The crew left the area clean and ready for use, removing all the debris.

The piller by our front door had sunk and was pulling the stone from our house around the front door, column and window. Their efforts alligned everything back up perfectly! They took the time to answer any questions fully and invited us to see the work as it was being completed. Had two crews on two different types of repairs. Clem, Garrett, Jarred, and Bobby. They all did a fantastic job. Cleaned up beautifully. Minimal mess inside the house that they cleaned up, and outside you would never know they dug 4 holes. Fantastic job all around.

We had a great experience with James Frunzi when he came out to evaluate the foundation issues at our home. From the beginning, he was extremely professional, polite, and always on time. James was very patient and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. He never rushed the conversation and made sure we understood the scope of the work and the steps involved. He also made multiple trips to our house and took several detailed measurements to ensure the estimate and plan were accurate. We really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all of our questions. Based on our experience so far, we feel confident moving forward with the project.

The initial inspection was thorough and they really listened to concerns. It wasn't high pressure and it was a discussion about what we needed, not just what they could sell us. The work crew showed up on time, were very polite, and clean. Jared, Bobby, and Warren did a really great job. There were a few curve balls with our 100 year old ranch house, but they handled them well and honestly. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that there was a change order that was decided on the day work was completed that was not followed up on. However, after one phone call it was corrected right away. No complaints about the work, just the one billing hiccup. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Brian and Tobias were terrific. They were very knowledgeable and were able to explain in detail what they had done. The house was thoroughly inspected. I was also able to get an estimate on driveway repair. The guys were easy to talk to and they even sprayed a wasp nest for me by the front door. I highly recommend these two gentlemen and groundwork.

Wow! This company is wonderful, and worth every dollar. The crew who came to our home to stabilize our previously-sinking house were better than we could have imagined. Here's what we loved about our Groundworks experience (in no particular order): 1. Blake, Warren, and Bobby were professional, kind, skilled, and they kept us updated on each step of the project. 2. They were on time, and they worked efficiently so we were not in a repair zone too long. 3. They are skilled beyond belief. They acted like "surgeons" when installing the supporting materials in our foundation. 4. They were a team! Blake, Warren, and Bobby knew what they needed to do, and they were a well-oiled machine. Pros! 5. They left the exterior of our home the same way they found it, and the entire repair exceeded our expectations. 6. Thank you, Blake, Warren, and Bobby!

Groundworks installed push piers to stabilize my home in 2023. What caused me to look into potential issues with the foundation was the development of vertical cracks in the corners of a room in the basement. Prior to the installation, Groundworks took elevation measurements and an external engineering firm came out afterwards to assess the situation with my foundation. The engineering firm's report confirmed the need for stabilization and provided me with two options. I proceeded with one of the options. The installation with Groundworks went smoothly and the installers informed me throughout their multi-day effort. I signed up for a five year service plan and recently had my second annual check-up. James, the service technician for this visit, was very knowledgeable and relayed relevant information to me during the walkthrough and measurement process. He had a trainee with him and it was clear this young man was in good hands. The push piers, based upon the comparison of Ziplevel elevation measurements conducted during the annual check-ups, appear to be doing its job stabilizing my home.

I had Groundworks come out to work on my recently purchased house. There was extensive work, needing to be done on the stabilization of the house as well as the water mitigation. The house i have is not that old, 5 years, but with years of settling and everything houses do there was shifting that needed a little bit extra. Groundworks made it easy to set a time and date, that worked best for me, to have a crew come out. Jaden and his team added multiple sister joints and stability beams and installed it all in 2 days. Needless to say, the team did a great job and the warranty that came with it is amazing. Their services, value and customer relations is amazing. Keep up the great work Groundworks!!
