He was straight forward and honest with me and I found out that the repair I needed was a lot less extensive than I originally thought it was going to be. My experience with GroundWorks was AWESOME! Michael came out within a week for an estimate, made a quick and thorough survey, and explained my options with recommendations in detail. Clem, Garrett, and Nick came out, less than 2 weeks later, to install sump pumps in the crawl space and encapsulate the lower portion. Right from the start they had a great attitude, clearly described what they were going to be doing, and attacked the project. They completed the work in half the estimated time! I was given progress reports with detailed pictures each step of the way. After the work was completed, they tested the system and gave me easy to understand information on how to check the status of the components and basic upkeep. I was NOT looking forward to getting this work done as it was a complex, extensive problem I wasn't sure had a good solution. The way they broke it down, communicated, and completed the work so efficiently not only put me at ease, but also made it a joy. The work solved that problem of excess water AND added significant value to the house overall. I'd buy stock in these guys if I could!

Courteous and professional service from start to finish! We had a major crack and an uneven path to our front porch, which was a tripping hazard. Since I'm not a professional concrete reapairman, I sought the help of the Groundworks team, and I'm very happy I did. Their field inspector Derek and Michael did a great job of explaining available options, setting expectations, and educating me on the process so I could make an informed decision. On the day of service, technicians Mike and Jackson arrived exactly as scheduled, and did a quick brief what they would be doing and made sure any questions that I had at the moment. They completed everything within a couple of hours and the work came out amazing. I am incredibly happy with the results. Both the price and the service, really showed me that they valued were dedicated to their work. I highly recommend Groundworks with all my friends who need the service.

Groundworks made it easy to set a time and date, that worked best for me, to have a crew come out. Jaden and his team added multiple sister joints and stability beams and installed it all in 2 days. He lifted the parts listed in the quote, and then he lifted the corner of the driveway, because it made the job complete. Even thought it wasn’t on the original quote, he felt that leaving it undone wouldn’t have been the best or safest choice. The initial inspection was thorough and they really listened to concerns. It wasn't high pressure and it was a discussion about what we needed, not just what they could sell us. The work crew showed up on time, were very polite, and clean. Jared, Bobby, and Warren did a really great job. There were a few curve balls with our 100 year old ranch house, but they handled them well and honestly. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that there was a change order that was decided on the day work was completed that was not followed up on. However, after one phone call it was corrected right away. No complaints about the work, just the one billing hiccup. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They got straight to work and completed the job within the time promised for the job and were willing to answer any questions me or my mother had 11/10 for the burger on lunch break it came in clutch with our busy schedule recently I will refer groundworks to any friends or family who need this service we stayed in the home through the whole job Monday through Thursday it wasn't anywhere near as loud as I thought it was going to be and they were very understanding of my dogs and gave me 0 issues the whole time they were in my home. I want a give a shout out to the best crew of workers we’ve had the pleasure of having do work for us!! The crew lead was Clem, who made a very stressful time for us very bearable. His pleasant and upbeat personality set the tone but he made sure we understood every step that was taken to provide protection to our foundation and mitigate any potential problems. He never asked his men to do anything he wasn’t willing to do himself. Garret, Nick, Ray and Warren were so pleasant, polite and hardworking! They were literally running up and down the stairs carrying buckets of cement. They cleaned up daily and were a joy to have. We would highly recommend them and Groundworks to anyone!

WOW! What a great company and what an awesome individual that came to my home to explain this whole process to me. Kuddo's to Parker! I had no idea how to go about getting some crawl space work done and actually googled (which I don't like to do!) and Groundworks is what came up. I made an appointment on line and the very next day I knew who my field inspector was going to be. Parker called to confirm, he than called the day of, just to make sure we were still good to go. He was punctual, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was so conscientious of me understanding what he was saying. Groundworks installed push piers to stabilize my home in 2023. What caused me to look into potential issues with the foundation was the development of vertical cracks in the corners of a room in the basement. Prior to the installation, Groundworks took elevation measurements and an external engineering firm came out afterwards to assess the situation with my foundation. The engineering firm's report confirmed the need for stabilization and provided me with two options. I proceeded with one of the options. The installation with Groundworks went smoothly and the installers informed me throughout their multi-day effort. I signed up for a five year service plan and recently had my second annual check-up. James, the service technician for this visit, was very knowledgeable and relayed relevant information to me during the walkthrough and measurement process. He had a trainee with him and it was clear this young man was in good hands. The push piers, based upon the comparison of Ziplevel elevation measurements conducted during the annual check-ups, appear to be doing its job stabilizing my home.

As a first-time homebuyer, this was my first experience dealing with a foundation issue. Initially, I picked Groundworks for the free foundation inspection but contracted them because of the pricing and the people that did the inspection. I had the pleasure of working with Kristra and Derek for the initial inspection and they were wonderful. Kristra was my primary inspector, with Derek supporting as her manager, and together they made the entire process far less stressful than I expected. After the inspection, we discussed the underlying issues and then came up with a solution that fits my budget. Throughout the discussion, both Krista and Derek were friendly and knowledgeable, which gave me the confidence needed to trust their company to contract them. Before the day the foundation repair was scheduled, the Groundworks team coordinated with utility personnel to have the sewer and water lines properly marked so the foundation crew would not accidentally damage them. This was something I did not expect them to handle, but I was very glad they did. On the day of the foundation work, the team gave me a courtesy morning call to make sure I was ready for their arrival. Tyler and DT worked together to fill voids in my foundation and repair the cracks in my garage. They did everything they promised and more. The pictures below speak for themselves and show the great quality of their work. Tyler and DT were efficient, kept me informed about what they were doing at all times, and were very professional. Overall, the experience left me feeling informed, confident, and supported. I’m grateful for the honesty, transparency, and respect shown throughout the inspection, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Groundworks—especially Kristra and Derek—to anyone needing foundation services.

We had a great experience with James Frunzi when he came out to evaluate the foundation issues at our home. From the beginning, he was extremely professional, polite, and always on time. James was very patient and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. He never rushed the conversation and made sure we understood the scope of the work and the steps involved. He also made multiple trips to our house and took several detailed measurements to ensure the estimate and plan were accurate. We really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all of our questions. Based on our experience so far, we feel confident moving forward with the project.

The crawlspace in our home needed lots of work. The old insulation was degraded and falling off, the sump pump was ancient, some evidence of moisture in the crawlspace, and the old tarp was degraded and the dirt under it was showing through. Sean came out and did an assessment and proposed some work be done. I was expecting the project to be overly expensive, but was shocked at the low price. I decided to move forward with the project. Clem, Dylan, and Khris came out and finished the job within a day and a half. Clem the foreman explained every step of the process. Clem and his team made me feel very comfortable with the work they were going to do. They replaced the insulation with new insulation. They replaced the sump pump and moved it to the back of the house, with a well in the backyard. The final step was to encapsulate the crawlspace. After everything was done, the crawlspace looked brighter and cleaner. Clem demonstrated the sump pump. Overall very satisfied with the work completed.

ABOVE AND BEYOND! Rick always called at the beginning of the day to let me know their arrival time. Before they begin work each day Rick tells me what they plan to accomplish that day. Because I work from home the team has been so thoughtful and minimized interruptions, foot traffic (by getting in/out through basement window), and especially noise. Where they went above and beyond were two instances; 1) when they cleaned out one gutter drain seeing all the water that was coming into the basement from it being clogged. This was so they can do a cleaner job in that area of the house. Rick also recommended I hire a gutter company to do a more thorough cleaning and maintenance. And 2) when Rick looked into the sump pump after I asked him to, which I know is not in their scope. He confirmed the noise is normal and the pump is working properly. He even asked Victor to tape up the pipes coming out of the ground to provide some stabilization and hopefully reduce the noise. Rick and his crew are a professional, respectful, efficient crew. They do a very thorough and excellent work! I know I made the right decision going with Groundworks having worked with Rick and his crew!

I wanted to write my review for the crew that worked in our basement, Osyrus Pipkins and Ryan Langdon. I can't say enough about these men. They were very polite, arrived on time and did a great job doing the work and cleaning up. Osyrus explained everything from beginning to end. Very happy with both of them! Would highly recommend them!
