I want a give a shout out to the best crew of workers we’ve had the pleasure of having do work for us!! The crew lead was Clem, who made a very stressful time for us very bearable. His pleasant and upbeat personality set the tone but he made sure we understood every step that was taken to provide protection to our foundation and mitigate any potential problems. He never asked his men to do anything he wasn’t willing to do himself. Garret, Nick, Ray and Warren were so pleasant, polite and hardworking! They were literally running up and down the stairs carrying buckets of cement. They cleaned up daily and were a joy to have. We would highly recommend them and Groundworks to anyone!

The initial inspection was thorough and they really listened to concerns. It wasn't high pressure and it was a discussion about what we needed, not just what they could sell us. The work crew showed up on time, were very polite, and clean. Jared, Bobby, and Warren did a really great job. There were a few curve balls with our 100 year old ranch house, but they handled them well and honestly. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that there was a change order that was decided on the day work was completed that was not followed up on. However, after one phone call it was corrected right away. No complaints about the work, just the one billing hiccup. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Great experience all around. We had a pipe break in our crawlspace and we needed it fixed as soon as possible. Groundworks was amazing. Start to finish. Parker came out fast and had a bid on the spot. Sandra got us on the schedule super fast, and the crew they sent out, Blake, Bwes, and Duncan got my crawlspace fixed in record time. It was amazing. Highly recommend.

We had a major flooding issue with the house we just recently bought and it wasn't and easy fix. We got with GroundWorks and they sent Aaron out to us to inspect the issue and came up with a full comprehensive plan that he then sat down with us and explained in detail. We felt good about the knowledge given to us as well as working with us on finances. Very professional, very helpful and down to earth. Made the whole thing painless.

The crawlspace in our home needed lots of work. The old insulation was degraded and falling off, the sump pump was ancient, some evidence of moisture in the crawlspace, and the old tarp was degraded and the dirt under it was showing through. Sean came out and did an assessment and proposed some work be done. I was expecting the project to be overly expensive, but was shocked at the low price. I decided to move forward with the project. Clem, Dylan, and Khris came out and finished the job within a day and a half. Clem the foreman explained every step of the process. Clem and his team made me feel very comfortable with the work they were going to do. They replaced the insulation with new insulation. They replaced the sump pump and moved it to the back of the house, with a well in the backyard. The final step was to encapsulate the crawlspace. After everything was done, the crawlspace looked brighter and cleaner. Clem demonstrated the sump pump. Overall very satisfied with the work completed.

Wow! This company is wonderful, and worth every dollar. The crew who came to our home to stabilize our previously-sinking house were better than we could have imagined. Here's what we loved about our Groundworks experience (in no particular order): 1. Blake, Warren, and Bobby were professional, kind, skilled, and they kept us updated on each step of the project. 2. They were on time, and they worked efficiently so we were not in a repair zone too long. 3. They are skilled beyond belief. They acted like "surgeons" when installing the supporting materials in our foundation. 4. They were a team! Blake, Warren, and Bobby knew what they needed to do, and they were a well-oiled machine. Pros! 5. They left the exterior of our home the same way they found it, and the entire repair exceeded our expectations. 6. Thank you, Blake, Warren, and Bobby!

I had a wonderful experience with Waterworks. I had a ground water problem in the subfloor under my basement. Waterworks (Sean) came out, assessed the situation, and recommended a solution that would solve the problem. He made sure I understood the scope of the work to be done and how it would resolve the ground water problem. The solution Waterworks proposed was superior to the other bids I received. The work was quickly scheduled and the work crew arrived promptly. The work crew (Spenser, Ray, Toby, Jace, and Travis D) did excellent work. As they worked on the project, they encountered some unexpected issues that Spencer and the crew problem solved to address. Spenser kept me informed daily throughout the project on the crew’s progress and what they were doing to solve the unexpected issues. I was very satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the work. I would recommend Waterworks.

Jacob Baca was at my house about a month ago because I was concerned I had foundation problems and I did. He made me feel at ease because he answered all my questions and concerns. A few weeks ago I found a dark spot on my wall very close to the ceiling and I thought it might be mold. I reached out Jacob because of the wonderful experience I had with him when he first came to my house. I asked him if he could come over and look at the dark spot and he said he would. He stayed in touch with me through the week to make time to come over and look at the dark spot. He looked at the spot and said it was the shadow from switch to open and close the vent 😳 I was so embarrassed but we both had a good laugh. I have a disability and can’t get on a step stool. I suggested that he share this story in a staff meeting 😂 Jacob went out of his way to help me. Amazing customer service and these days you don’t seem to find that kind of service anymore. Marian

Groundworks installed push piers to stabilize my home in 2023. What caused me to look into potential issues with the foundation was the development of vertical cracks in the corners of a room in the basement. Prior to the installation, Groundworks took elevation measurements and an external engineering firm came out afterwards to assess the situation with my foundation. The engineering firm's report confirmed the need for stabilization and provided me with two options. I proceeded with one of the options. The installation with Groundworks went smoothly and the installers informed me throughout their multi-day effort. I signed up for a five year service plan and recently had my second annual check-up. James, the service technician for this visit, was very knowledgeable and relayed relevant information to me during the walkthrough and measurement process. He had a trainee with him and it was clear this young man was in good hands. The push piers, based upon the comparison of Ziplevel elevation measurements conducted during the annual check-ups, appear to be doing its job stabilizing my home.

The house i have is not that old, 5 years, but with years of settling and everything houses do there was shifting that needed a little bit extra. Groundworks made it easy to set a time and date, that worked best for me, to have a crew come out. Jaden and his team added multiple sister joints and stability beams and installed it all in 2 days. Needless to say, the team did a great job and the warranty that came with it is amazing. Their services, value and customer relations is amazing. Keep up the great work Groundworks!!

My experience with GroundWorks was AWESOME! Michael came out within a week for an estimate, made a quick and thorough survey, and explained my options with recommendations in detail. Clem, Garrett, and Nick came out, less than 2 weeks later, to install sump pumps in the crawl space and encapsulate the lower portion. Right from the start they had a great attitude, clearly described what they were going to be doing, and attacked the project. They completed the work in half the estimated time! I was given progress reports with detailed pictures each step of the way. After the work was completed, they tested the system and gave me easy to understand information on how to check the status of the components and basic upkeep. I was NOT looking forward to getting this work done as it was a complex, extensive problem I wasn't sure had a good solution. The way they broke it down, communicated, and completed the work so efficiently not only put me at ease, but also made it a joy. The work solved that problem of excess water AND added significant value to the house overall. I'd buy stock in these guys if I could!

The piller by our front door had sunk and was pulling the stone from our house around the front door, column and window. Their efforts alligned everything back up perfectly!
