Jacob Baca was at my house about a month ago because I was concerned I had foundation problems and I did. He made me feel at ease because he answered all my questions and concerns. A few weeks ago I found a dark spot on my wall very close to the ceiling and I thought it might be mold. I reached out Jacob because of the wonderful experience I had with him when he first came to my house. I asked him if he could come over and look at the dark spot and he said he would. He stayed in touch with me through the week to make time to come over and look at the dark spot. He looked at the spot and said it was the shadow from switch to open and close the vent 😳 I was so embarrassed but we both had a good laugh. I have a disability and can’t get on a step stool. I suggested that he share this story in a staff meeting 😂 Jacob went out of his way to help me. Amazing customer service and these days you don’t seem to find that kind of service anymore. Marian

It is very challenging to learn that your home's foundation is unsteady. It is then very comforting to be assisted by caring, knowledgeable, and helpful individuals. This has been my experience with Groundworks Colorado Springs. Our home has needed multiple piers and costly services to correct prior owner neglect and subpar soil in Highlands Ranch. The team of Matthew Kirby, Brian Fitzgerald, Blake Lair, Michael Erickson, and Tyler Myers have helped us immensely! They have guided us compassionately through difficult financial choices when we faced undesirable circumstances and brought successful resolution. Anthony and Caleb came out for a poly renewal on the driveway and walkway. Basically I had some erosion under the driveway causing a slightly sunken slap and cracked, deap, widening control joints. These two were awesome. Arrived on time and completed the work in the time frame they specified. Lift looked amazing and concrete even. No more snow shovels snagging on concrete. The sealed joints looked great and looked better then expected. Definitely want this duo if another job arises.

We had Groundworks come out to fix our foundation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Travis D., Garrett W., and Donney W. were absolutely amazing to work with. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. They were very respectful of our home they left everything clean and in great condition when the job was finished. It’s not easy finding a trust worthy crew with something important such as your home foundation but, they have exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Groundwork's. Groundworks made it easy to set a time and date, that worked best for me, to have a crew come out. Jaden and his team added multiple sister joints and stability beams and installed it all in 2 days. I just wanted to say that these guys were extremely informational and cautious they stopped at the sign of unknown pipes and I also got to find out some cool historical facts about my houses old French drain system. They got straight to work and completed the job within the time promised for the job and were willing to answer any questions me or my mother had 11/10 for the burger on lunch break it came in clutch with our busy schedule recently I will refer groundworks to any friends or family who need this service we stayed in the home through the whole job Monday through Thursday it wasn't anywhere near as loud as I thought it was going to be and they were very understanding of my dogs and gave me 0 issues the whole time they were in my home. As a first-time homebuyer, this was my first experience dealing with a foundation issue. Initially, I picked Groundworks for the free foundation inspection but contracted them because of the pricing and the people that did the inspection. I had the pleasure of working with Kristra and Derek for the initial inspection and they were wonderful. Kristra was my primary inspector, with Derek supporting as her manager, and together they made the entire process far less stressful than I expected. After the inspection, we discussed the underlying issues and then came up with a solution that fits my budget. Throughout the discussion, both Krista and Derek were friendly and knowledgeable, which gave me the confidence needed to trust their company to contract them. Before the day the foundation repair was scheduled, the Groundworks team coordinated with utility personnel to have the sewer and water lines properly marked so the foundation crew would not accidentally damage them. This was something I did not expect them to handle, but I was very glad they did. On the day of the foundation work, the team gave me a courtesy morning call to make sure I was ready for their arrival. Tyler and DT worked together to fill voids in my foundation and repair the cracks in my garage. They did everything they promised and more. The pictures below speak for themselves and show the great quality of their work. Tyler and DT were efficient, kept me informed about what they were doing at all times, and were very professional. Overall, the experience left me feeling informed, confident, and supported. I’m grateful for the honesty, transparency, and respect shown throughout the inspection, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Groundworks—especially Kristra and Derek—to anyone needing foundation services.

We had a great experience with Groundworks. The crew—Michael, Chris, Dennis, and Victor—were incredibly hardworking, respectful, and professional. They showed up, stayed focused, and got the job done without any wasted time. Eric, the superintendent, checked in throughout each phase, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. Everything was explained clearly, and they even documented the work with photos. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that takes this much pride in their work. Highly recommend!

My Groundworks experience was great. Mike E came on a Saturday after the first appointment had to be rescheduled. He explained everything in advance, asked appropriate questions, and got right to work. He worked hard for 6+ hours and I never even saw him take a break. Toward the end, we had some intermittent rain and he had to stop. But he rescheduled the small amount of work to be completed within a week or so. He came back and finished very quickly. I was very pleased with all the results of my fix (for concrete lifting issues) and attribute it all to Mike for his attention to detail and professionalism. Thanks to him and Groundworks, I won't be tripping any more!

Groundworks is top notch! From the first call where Mark came out to review our concrete pathway and stair tripping hazards everything has progressed smoothly. He gave us a fair estimate , explaining the process and scheduled our job. When there was an opening to push that date up we were called by Kelsie. She efficiently arranged everything. Today Caleb and Tyler were here to work on our project. Our 40 year old sidewalks had major tripping hazards and separation. They again explained what they would be doing to solve the problems. They were respectful of our property. They are true technicians. The process was fascinating. Everything was completed above my expectations. It looks great and has improved our safety. He recommended replacing the metal beam with IntelliJack supports and installing helical piers to ensure a lifetime fix for the heaving problem on our main floor.
