Everyone at groundwork’s has been so helpful. Chad inspected every area of my house and came up with great plan to insure our home is stable. He answered our questions, was professional and knowledgeable. He did great job. The guys that did the work inside and outside (Lee, Rick, and Ray) were also great. They came on time, worked hard, were professional, respectful of our home, knowledgeable and left everything in place. They were awesome! Great company, great experience. First and foremost, I have had quite a few contractors come to my house to complete various repairs for me in the last few years. I've had contractors of all sorts come here, and leave my home in all states of repair and disrepair, with varying degrees of respect and disrespect. I have to say, with the exception of my roofer from another company, the foreman and contractors Groundworks sent for were of the absolute highest caliber I have seen since becoming a homeowner. Michael, the foreman, was always clear, concise and professional, constantly giving updates, taking reasonable requests and answering all my questions with the highest level of consideration. The four men on his team, Victor, Tyrell, DT and Chris, were all extremely courteous, hard workers, and all five gentlemen handled my home repair with a level of care, cleanliness and respect I have only had the pleasure of witnessing once before. Michael, Victor, Tyrell, DT and Chris, you all did an excellent job, and we really appreciate the effort and communication put forth by your team and by Groundworks itself. Truly, thank you, for communicating about and caring for my home as if it were your own. Excellent job gentlemen, may you all receive a raise!

I know the foundation was a wreck but they worked with me every step and worked around the various hiccups that came about during the on site work, cant recommend them enough. Groundworks installed push piers to stabilize my home in 2023. What caused me to look into potential issues with the foundation was the development of vertical cracks in the corners of a room in the basement. Prior to the installation, Groundworks took elevation measurements and an external engineering firm came out afterwards to assess the situation with my foundation. The engineering firm's report confirmed the need for stabilization and provided me with two options. I proceeded with one of the options. The installation with Groundworks went smoothly and the installers informed me throughout their multi-day effort. I signed up for a five year service plan and recently had my second annual check-up. James, the service technician for this visit, was very knowledgeable and relayed relevant information to me during the walkthrough and measurement process. He had a trainee with him and it was clear this young man was in good hands. The push piers, based upon the comparison of Ziplevel elevation measurements conducted during the annual check-ups, appear to be doing its job stabilizing my home.

ABOVE AND BEYOND! Rick always called at the beginning of the day to let me know their arrival time. Before they begin work each day Rick tells me what they plan to accomplish that day. Because I work from home the team has been so thoughtful and minimized interruptions, foot traffic (by getting in/out through basement window), and especially noise. Where they went above and beyond were two instances; 1) when they cleaned out one gutter drain seeing all the water that was coming into the basement from it being clogged. This was so they can do a cleaner job in that area of the house. Rick also recommended I hire a gutter company to do a more thorough cleaning and maintenance. And 2) when Rick looked into the sump pump after I asked him to, which I know is not in their scope. He confirmed the noise is normal and the pump is working properly. He even asked Victor to tape up the pipes coming out of the ground to provide some stabilization and hopefully reduce the noise. Rick and his crew are a professional, respectful, efficient crew. They do a very thorough and excellent work! I know I made the right decision going with Groundworks having worked with Rick and his crew!

Excellent service! I had a water sensor alarm going off near my sump pump and not only did GROUNDWORKS pick up the phone right away, they were able to get a technician scheduled in less than hour. However, long story short intended up not needing an appointment, called the technician, Tobias Moxon, who patiently listened to my issue and my resolution, made sure I had ‘fixed’ it correctly (sent pictures of the issue and he reviewed) and was confident in my resolution. He was patient and made sure to ask questions to make sure I was good to go!

Courteous and professional service from start to finish! We had a major crack and an uneven path to our front porch, which was a tripping hazard. Since I'm not a professional concrete reapairman, I sought the help of the Groundworks team, and I'm very happy I did. Their field inspector Derek and Michael did a great job of explaining available options, setting expectations, and educating me on the process so I could make an informed decision. On the day of service, technicians Mike and Jackson arrived exactly as scheduled, and did a quick brief what they would be doing and made sure any questions that I had at the moment. They completed everything within a couple of hours and the work came out amazing. I am incredibly happy with the results. Both the price and the service, really showed me that they valued were dedicated to their work. I highly recommend Groundworks with all my friends who need the service.

Groundworks did a great job mitigating the groundwater in our crawl space and installing foundation support jacks. One year later they completed an inspection and the system was still operating as planned. Josh, our tech, documented his site visit today and provided excellent customer service. We recommend Groundworks and will use them again in the future as needed.
