Groundworks did a great job mitigating the groundwater in our crawl space and installing foundation support jacks. One year later they completed an inspection and the system was still operating as planned. Josh, our tech, documented his site visit today and provided excellent customer service. We recommend Groundworks and will use them again in the future as needed.

Had Groundworks contracted to repair cement apron around house and cracked and broken driveway. Team of Duncan and Kellen came on day scheduled on time after heads up call. They were very polite and diligent, even with issues with unforeseen challenges they both worked toward solutions and contacted main office. The Driveway they repaired was awesome and I was amazed they could repair it as it was a possible no go. They lifted and sealed it giving me years of low cost maintenance without tear out. Both Duncan and Kellen prove diligent caring work ethic still exists. I was more than pleased by their efforts despite the searing heat. They took no short cuts or left a scrap of mess. They were very customer oriented and conscientious.

Mike and Jackson did a fantastic job and explained the process of what they are doing to ensure the foundation of the townhome is set back to 0 percent grade. Mike and Jackson are the best in Colorado for Foundation work and I can see what they earned that reputation. As an owner of 8 rental properties I highly recommend using Groundworks. Mark Baker is a great salesman that thoroughly explains the process.

Great experience all around. We had a pipe break in our crawlspace and we needed it fixed as soon as possible. Groundworks was amazing. Start to finish. Parker came out fast and had a bid on the spot. Sandra got us on the schedule super fast, and the crew they sent out, Blake, Bwes, and Duncan got my crawlspace fixed in record time. It was amazing. He was incredibly transparent, taking the time to thoroughly explain the issues with our basement and the solutions needed. He recommended replacing the metal beam with IntelliJack supports and installing helical piers to ensure a lifetime fix for the heaving problem on our main floor. What truly stood out was Sean's commitment to his customers. Despite a winter storm and poor road conditions, he kept our appointment and arrived on time. His knowledge and care gave us complete confidence in the work required. Our experience with Groundworks was very satisfying. We had them raise a concrete slab in the garage that had settled over the years and allowed water to puddle when snow would melt off of vehicles. Caleb and Tyler were very efficient in performing the job. They described everything that was happening and the change was noticeable. They also did a great job cleaning up the space afterwards. We?re very satisfied.
