We had our sinking driveway leveled in 2022. They did an amazing job, but I’m mostly impressed with the warranty FSS provides. Each year they come to adjust any settling that has occurred. Matthew Keller was here yesterday to make sure all was well. There was no additional settling despite the extreme drought. There were 2 neighbors who came and asked him to come look at their driveways. Matthew was so very kind and took the time to meet with everyone requesting his time. 5 stars doesn’t seem adequate for the amazing service we’ve received from FSS

If you need foundation repair this is the company to call! I would like to commend Jay and Karl for their professionalism and customer service while fixing the wrap around deck of my 20 year old home. I was late getting home and they had already consulted with my wife prior to starting work. When I got home I was greeted by Karl who gave me a quick rundown on how the work was going. Jay also showed me how they had already fixed the worst area of the deck and were stabilizing what remained. I felt I was in good hands because they were so happy in what they were doing and had such great attitudes about the work. Their enthusiasm in their job was refreshing to see. I would also like to thank Ethan for coming out for the initial inspection and explaining how the job would go. Both Ethan and Jay explained the 5 year warranty and how it works.

The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

Although my circumstances were unfortunate in needing foundation work done on my home, I did have the fortunate luck of having the best crew of Clem, Dylan, and Damien, come and complete the job. Even though there were a couple of unforeseen delays, Clem kept in constant contact with me to keep me updated, as well as explaining everything that was being done. The guys also went above and beyond to not disturb the landscaping or remove bushes, which would have definitely left an unsightly picture. If you find yourself needing foundation work, I highly recommend you request these gentlemen if at all possible. They made the experience a lot less painful to endure.

Aaron Hudson and Zach Taylor recently completed foundation work using polyurethane, and their performance was commendable. They demonstrated exceptional speed and efficiency throughout the project, ensuring that the injections were done with precision. The cleanup process was equally impressive; once they finished, it was difficult to tell where they had drilled for the injections, highlighting their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. In addition to their professional skills, Aaron and Zach created a positive atmosphere on-site by playing Christmas music while they worked, which added a cheerful touch to the project. Their ability to combine efficiency with a pleasant work environment made the experience enjoyable. Overall, their work left a lasting impression, showcasing not only their technical capabilities but also their approach to customer service
