Foundation Support Specialists were well represented by the crew, led by foreman Cornell, that installed 11 foundation piers at our home in September 2024. The team of 4, including co-foreman Lee and installers Zero and Angel, carried out well-coordinated duties that culminated in job completion on a Sunday. After reviewing with me (homeowner) the work performed, it was very apparent that they had exercised great care in leaving landscaping within and adjacent to the needed excavations as close to how they found it.

Where do I begin… From the moment I had my free inspection I knew this company was different than all the others. But Being sold on a job doesn't mean that the work will match the sales pitch. I am happy to report that I had a 5 star experience with FSS and have even recommended them to another friend. Jay did my foam stabilizer and he was so personable and respectful. He was very communicative with me and was a joy to work with. Alex, LJ, and Angel did so much work! These guys were so cool and such hard workers. They did my sump pump, dehumidifier, and encapsulation. Alex spoke with me DAILY to make sure I was aware of what they were doing and even provided photos to keep me abreast of how the job was going. Finally, Lee and Zro did the soil injections. They worked fast and thorough. Lee was an absolute gentleman and made sure i was informed on what they were doing and why. Foundation work is such an expensive headache but this company makes you feel that it's worth it! If you are looking for this best, look no further than FSS.

Brian did a great job explaining the process and working with me on payment options. Kaz and his team worked hard all day and got my foundation raised more than even expected. Doors are closing as they should and I am happy with the outcome. Kaz even accepted my request of patching the cracks with the cement he had used for the patio. I used FSS because it was listed in the Best Pick Reports. My foundation repair began on Wednesday, October 23rd and was completed on Thursday, October 24th. My repair crew consisted of Earle C, David H, Robert T, and Moses I. These young men arrived at the time they said that they would or earlier. Earle was the team lead. Earle took the time to answer my questions, was knowledgeable, and provided reassurance. The construction team were very respectful of my property, and were courteous.

My experience with Foundation Support Specialists was great from start to finish! Having foundation problems can be very stressful, and the whole team at FSS made it much more bearable! Brian Graham was knowledgeable, understanding, and went out of his way to take care of my and my house. When he had questions about the job, he reached out to my foundation engineer directly to have a conversation. He was great! Aaron Hudson was the tech that came to do the work. He was kind, also knowledgeable, and helped to give me realist expectations for what to look out for after the job was done and how to move forward. His tech assistant Zach Taylor was kind, efficient, and worked hard to keep things clean. They left my house as the came and you can hardly tell where they did the work. So happy with my experience, and I will call them if I have any needs in the future. Would recommend them to any friends or family.

When Jonathan showed up, he was on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. He spent almost 2 hours checking every inch. His honesty and integrity was evident when he said there were absolutely no foundation issues. He did make a couple of recommendations for aesthetic fixes.
