Rick Duncan was excellent! He walked with me through the initial inspection, explained what he was seeing, the cause of the issues, how it would be addressed and how it could be further mitigated. He was able to answer all the questions I had with great detail. He even gave me a few home improvement tips! When it came to pricing, he was very empathetic and worked with me to make sure I got the best deal considering price, safety, and quality. At no point did I feel like I was on the other end of a sales pitch. Rick is very knowledgeable and experienced in this area and it shows.

Wow!!! Our pool is set on a slope which required a lot of concrete. Unfortunately, after several years due to settlement, we had gaps, cracks and uneven joints. Groundworks not only fixed every single issue, they did it efficiently and with awesome communication! The crew consisted of Luke, Anthony, James, Coy and Mike. They explained the process in a way that was easy for me to understand, and carried out their tasks in a professional and personable manner. Thank you guys for your hard work! It looks AMAZING!

I had need of some foundation work and I requested quotes from four different contractors. My salesperson from Groundworks, Brice, provided the most thorough inspection and professional quote of the four. Groundworks was not the lowest cost option but, I felt the most comfortable selecting them. The installation crew of Jorge, Zack, JB and Kenny worked hard and with some assistance from Louise and Alejandro were able to complete the project in a timely manor. Since I do not have any other experience to compare there work to I can only say that I am happy with their work. Jeff K

Isaac was the foreman, him and his crew did a wonderful job. They are respectful, polite, and stayed late to make sure the job got done on time. The work was outstanding, and our foundation issues have been fixed. Being on a commercial building, these jobs are much more difficult than other jobs but the work was completed well and on time.

First impressions experienced with sales consultant advisor, Daniel Raymond, were excellent. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He offered suggestions and explained the process. Very pleasant experience. He explained the work and quote and scheduled the work in a timely manner. He helped with a great financing option to make it easier on the payout. The day of the project the techs arrived right on time as scheduled. Luke and Anthony went over the work to be performed and explained everything to my satisfaction. I even added some work based on solutions to a few other problems. They amended the work order and explained the price difference from the original bid. All quite reasonable. They kept me informed throughout the day on choices to be made and helpful suggestions. Luke and Anthony were consistently pleasant and professional and made sure I understood it was important to them that i be satisfied with the work. They finished in a timely manner, when they estimated they would be done. They walked the completed job with me to assure of my satisfaction. And they left the work sites perfectly clean. The following day I was contacted by a friendly lady named Summer who called from the office to make sure I was satisfied. Not only do I recommend this company-I will definitely use them again on a future project we already discussed. And if I have my preference I would use the same people who worked with me on this project. Bill G.
