Groundworks Company employees did our foundation support/repair today. Needless to say, we were nervous about the work and what would be going on during the procedure — wondering if anything would be damaged?! However, our concerns were quickly alleviated by the Foreman Joe and Co-Foreman Kaly — before starting they explained the entire process and invited us to watch them and voice questions and/or concerns. They assured us they would stop work should any problems arise and alert us immediately!! While performing the work, we were invited to participate with them showing us how air escaped from one of the drilled holes while filling the hole next to it. How Wild!!! We instantly felt relief that these very personable company employees were well versed in their job and we were able to relax and trust the process. We entrusted Joe and Kaly to care for our home; knowing they had its best interest in mind! That any further settlement in our foundation would be eliminated! We also have a maintenance program where the company will monitor the foundation yearly; should any changes come about, they would then take care of the issue! Thanks for a great job done; your abilities and your assurances, Joe and Kaly!!! WeTruly appreciate you and your company!

Scott was very professional and thorough in his inspection and proposals. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. On the day of pier jacking, Dakota, Phillip and Jose worked carefully and efficiently around my foundation and replaced the displaced landscaping, afterwards. On the next day, Luke and Anthony stabilized the slab with the poly foam. Both crews kept me regularly updated on the progress and were willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

Isaac was the foreman, him and his crew did a wonderful job. They are respectful, polite, and stayed late to make sure the job got done on time. The work was outstanding, and our foundation issues have been fixed. Being on a commercial building, these jobs are much more difficult than other jobs but the work was completed well and on time.

We are more than satisfied with the work Joe Dawes and his assistant performed at our house. Both were friendly, courteous, and thorough. Joe explained in detail every step in the process. He also gave helpful suggestions from the original evaluation by Daniel Raymond. I would recommend Ground Works and Joe Dawes for any foundation problem. Great work at a reasonable price. We had issues with our porches settling and the garage foundation was sinking. They came out and assessed the property and made recommendations for repairs. The crews came out and did the work and left the area clean. We were very happy with the results. Everyone involved in the process from the office staff to the assessment and work crews were courteous, efficient, professional, and answered all our questions. We would recommend them without hesitation!

Groundworks was a great company to service our sidewalk/driveway shifting needs. From Jim Jenkins my wonderful on top of all questions and concerns correspondence person, to the 3 installers that were knowledgeable, thorough and timely. Even though my services were only conducted yesterday I have been given a 5 year warranty on workmanship and the level work and finished service looks so much better than I could have imagined.
