We received clear communication before our project and during the project. The work was actually more involved than Groundworks had expected. However, they stuck to their initial quote despite the additional work. Wyatt as the project lead was easy to work with. Wyatt, Logan, and Carter all did excellent work.

I can't speak highly enough about Groundworks. I had a complicated crawlspace problem, including water intrusion. I got several proposals from different companies and individual contractors. Groundworks's proposal wasn't the cheapest, but it was the best. Their drainage and sump pump system has finally fixed my problem. The whole crew was super professional and skilled, and I want especially to commend Corey Meyers who went above and beyond the normal call of duty to ensure that every aspect of the work was done to my satisfaction.

Last year we had Groundworks come and waterproof our basement. I am extremely satisfied with not only the work but communication and professionalism from every member of the team! I scheduled our one year maintenance for a technician to come out clean the drains, sump pump, and just make sure everything is working properly. Aspen arrived on time, kind and very professional. He answered all my questions and was a great reminder that this home improvement we chose to do was a smart and good decision. Thank you Aspen and all of the Groundworks crew!!

From start to finish Groundworks was very professional and exceeded our expectations. Our estimator, Jerry, arrived on time and explained the process in detail even providing a short video demonstrating how the crack in our entry would be repaired. He set our expectations by clearly laying out the next steps. Lily followed up to schedule our repair stating Samuel and Kelvin would be out to handle the repair and to make sure we were prepared in advance. Samuel and Kelvin arrived on time and at the end of the job answered all of questions assuring us the repair was guaranteed and would blend in with time. He went through the checklist and even humored me by posing for a picture! His manager Daniel followed up a few days later to make sure all went well and to see if we had any questions or concerns. At this time we have none and feel this was the correct way to make the repair since Samuel had informed us there were many voids under the slab. I feel that the other options we had considered would not have addressed these issues. Daniel informed us if any concerns do come up to reach out as they would be happy to resolve these. We highly recommend Groundworks. They’re awesome!

We had Groundworks correct a foundation problem in our 28-yr-old house, and install a foundation drain with sump and pump. The engineering (Jerry) and the crew (Mkoma, Waldo, Quaid and Joshua) were excellent and very professional. Mkoma provided regular updates, they all kept to promised arrival/departure times, and even finished the work on-budget and under the quoted time frame. The drain and pump perform well. Very satisfied with all aspects of their work and customer service.

Wyatt (foreman) called every morning to let us know he and his crew (Tucker and Dom) we on there way. Wyatt checked in every morning when he arrived and let us know the plan for the day, and the evening to give an update of progress. The work was difficult, in a cold,wet and very confined space in the crawlspace. Wyatt diligently made sure every aspect of the work was done to the highest quality. The end result was a fully encapsulated crawlspace, with water remediation piping and pumps installed. Very happy with the work from this Groundworks team.

Explained everything clearly so we completely understood what needed to be done. No oversell, just the facts with potential alternatives offered. I want to mention all the workers Tyler, Eric, Juan, Danny and Dante were all fantastic and did exceptional work. There attention to detail under my house was fantastic. I now have a dry crawl space. I actually went underneath to see their work and it was the first time in years I haven't gotten wet. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and on time. I would definitely hire them again. Job well done!

Tyler, David, Juan, & Derick, my hat’s off to all of you. That’s tough work digging ditches in a tight, wet, crawl space and I appreciate the hard work. We had a perimeter drain ditch installed around our condominium interior crawl space with relocation and deepening of the existing sump pump. I toured the space just after the job was done and found no significant pooled water under the vapor barrier. Only a few days earlier I had noted pooling as much as 3-4”. Groundwork’s is the only company I could find who would actually agree to do this. It works! The job was done exactly as promised with an efficient, polite, hard working crew. Highly recommended!
