I gave 5 stars because he was very responsive, very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer my questions and any concerns I have regarding my current drainage system installed by a different company. Working with DJ from Groundworks (Select Basement) has been an outstanding experience. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Groundworks is a highly professional and honest company that didn't try to inflate the scope of work to charge us more. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

Thank you to regional manager Chris Backus, GM Tommy Chechel, Senior field supervisor Dominic, Senior inspector Benjamin Slade and installer Jose and crew. Groundworks recently installed their triple sump system with battery back up. The installation was facilitated by Mr. Backus and Mr. Chechel, the job was completed by Jose in a timely fashion and supervised by Dominic. Workers were on time, took precautions with drop cloths etc, did the installation and cleaned up afterwards. The system works flawlessly and affords peace of mind with the back up. I highly recommend Groundworks and will continue to use them in the future.

Miguel, Daniel & Hilario were outstanding from the original quote process to completion of the project. Communication was excellent and the team on site was amazing. Completed a big project in 2 days, did some additional work at no extra cost. Follow up by Miguel was also outstanding. I highly recommend them for Basement Foundation work.

This review is solely for Jonathan Miller. He is pleasant person to work with. He was very patient with us and was very knowledgeable about basement waterproofing. He had professional and detailed plan drawn out for us regarding how the project was gonna go. And this was after a careful examination of our 70 year old property that was leaking water whenever it rained hard. We ended up not working with groundwork due to other reasons but would recommend Jon with no reservations.

David Alvarez… I could not have been more happy that you were the rep from Groundworks to check out my homes issues in regards to crawl spaces. Aside from responding back and forth via text and or phone calls regardless of the day and or hour he was on time, professional, and knowledgeable of more than just the issue I had at hand. I do not write reviews, not that guy, never have been,but for this man, regardless of whether I planned to use the company for the job or not he is more than deserving of a great review. If his company doesn't already know how much of an asset he is I would be shocked. I will be using groundworks for the job and that is because they are a reputable company and the trust that David brings to the table.
