He had informed me that what was my issues and how could I have someone repair them or repair them myself. Working with DJ from Groundworks (Select Basement) has been an outstanding experience. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Groundworks is a highly professional and honest company that didn't try to inflate the scope of work to charge us more. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

I'm really happy that I chose to go with Groundworks for my foundation repair. They made it so clear to me why they were taking a particular approach for my property, and were able to clearly demonstrate exactly what work would be part of the process and how it would fix my problems. It was so smooth. Randy Schneider in particular is awesome to work with. I can finally take comfort in the fact that I'm permanently resolving the issues with my home.
