Mark U. , Project Manager, came out to my house to give me an estimate. He contacted me in advance and arrived on time. He was very personable and patiently explained what was involved with the lifting and repairing of the concrete slabs in my yard. He was honest about what could and could not be repaired. This is the first time I will be using Groundworks and it looks like they can provide the services that I need.

I recently had waterproofing work done in my basement, and I couldn't be more happier and impressed with the service! Jerome, David, Henry and team couldn't have made this process any easier. The team I had where incredibly professional, worked efficiently and left the the space spotless when they were done. I was unaware that this project could be done this quickly and proficiently. I feel such a relief knowing my basement is protected and their attention to detail was truly appreciated. I highly recommend them!

I called Groundworks to explain and within a day, I was contacted by Justin Sanders. He listened, investigated, and resolved the issue for me while I was on the phone. Ben, the Groundworks Service Technician visited my home today and did a very thorough review of the Home Inspector's comments and quickly came up with a remediation plan and estimate. I was afraid, that I might have foundation issues after the earthquake, he checked everything and said that the foundation was OK. He even checked the level to see if the house was thinking.
