Mt. Valley foundation services just completed our crawl space encapsulation today. We are very, very pleased. Robert Dunn, foreman, and his crew, Ryan Lever abd Darryl Thorpe did an excellent job. They showed up on time and put in a full day's work. They were professional, polite and respectful. They showed us before and after pictures. It's amazing how different our crawl space looks. This will save us $ on electricity and prevent possible future foundation issues. If you need your crawl space encapsulated, you cannot go wrong with Mt Valley Foundation Services. We highly recommend them.

Daniel Scurry came to our house & did an inspection re: encapsulating underneath it. He was so knowledgeable. We scheduled a date & they were punctual. Q, Dre & Nate worked on our house for 3 days encapsulating it. They were professional in every way. We are totally satisfied. We had a small issue about 2 weeks later. Called for a technician to come check it out. Michael Stone came within 48 hrs & fixed the minor repair. From inspection to installation to follow up we had a great experience with MVF.

He was very pleasant and I recommend him to anyone have the same mold/mildew issues in their crawlspace. Jayden and Adam Dalgard did an amazing job installing the work. They need raises.

It has been said that people don't remember what you did, but they remember how you made them feel: I remember both, and when it comes to my experience with Mount Valley Foundation Services, they were both Excellent! Phillip Maultbay (Technician) and Brett (Sales Mgr) are ABSOLUTE GEMS! I have experience as an HR Recruiter and I can tell you that they are BOTH the kinds of employees that ANY COMPANY would love to have on board! They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, personable, thorough, they answered all of my questions, and they did it all while being KIND!!! Their commitment to, appreciation for, and pride in their organization simply exuded in their conversation, and overview of the organization's history, structure, qualifications, and future goals: in other words, they really LOVE and VALUE their organization, and they represent the organization VERY WELL! In fact, they were so enthusiastic, that if the job didn't involve crawling underneath houses, and the possibility of seeing "critters and varmints," I would be ready to join the Groundworks Team myself!
