Whatever you're paying him, pay him more. What was an unacceptable job turned in to exactly what we wanted with a few hours of extra effort.

I am very pleased with the service of Mount Valley foundations. My service men who are: William Cheek, Rashad Hayward and Aveion Jacobs did an excellent job. When they arrived here exactly on the time that they said they were going to be here I felt confident this was going to be a good experience. Mr. Cheek communicated with me throughout the whole process. After about 4 hours they were completed. He came inside my house and made sure everything was level as well as cleaned up their mess outside. He was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. If I have any other problems again, I will call Mount valley foundations.

The follow-up is always the proof of good service. It's pretty hard to get good contractors out here in the middle of nowhere South Carolina. When I moved into my home with a slab foundation, the last thing I thought I have to deal with was PVC plumbing pipes being used as foundation supports. Apparently the house had settled, crushing one of the drainage pipes, allowing fresh water to flow into my septic system. The plumber couldn't repair the pipe due to fear of the house sinking more. So I did some research, and chose Mount Valley Services. The work was relatively minimally invasive, and everything looked normal after the support was installed. Flashforward to today, Service Technician Bryan Curtis was able to keep me reassured about the foundation's support by solving the issues I was having with wide gaps under my doors. He had to go full Sherlock Holmes style to do it, but he figured it out, giving me peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about. All of these reports about sinkholes have me paranoid. Thank goodness my house is supported at the bedrock level. Thanks Mount Valley. Highly recommended.

I feel very good with everything they did. They left the worksite cleaner than when they started. They represent Groundworks well, and are very professional. It has been said that people don't remember what you did, but they remember how you made them feel: I remember both, and when it comes to my experience with Mount Valley Foundation Services, they were both Excellent! Phillip Maultbay (Technician) and Brett (Sales Mgr) are ABSOLUTE GEMS! I have experience as an HR Recruiter and I can tell you that they are BOTH the kinds of employees that ANY COMPANY would love to have on board! They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, personable, thorough, they answered all of my questions, and they did it all while being KIND!!! Their commitment to, appreciation for, and pride in their organization simply exuded in their conversation, and overview of the organization's history, structure, qualifications, and future goals: in other words, they really LOVE and VALUE their organization, and they represent the organization VERY WELL! In fact, they were so enthusiastic, that if the job didn't involve crawling underneath houses, and the possibility of seeing "critters and varmints," I would be ready to join the Groundworks Team myself! I can only HOPE that the Groundworks/Mount Valley Foundation Organization is aware of the RARE GEMS that they have within your organization: Phillip Maultbay (and Brett) are now like family to me, and when I am ready to have the recommended work completed, I will most assuredly contact Mount Valley to perform the repairs!
