I had an appointment with Mr Edwardson and he arrived on time. After explaining what I needed he spent the time to draw up a plan with 3 different scenarios. We sat down. And he discussed all of the options along with the various payment plans. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Mr Edwardson.

We shopped around and settled on MVFS because we thought they offered best product. MVFS encapsulated our crawl space plus put in 2 sump pumps/drains. We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. We worked with Mark (sales), Joe, Dez, Zach and Darryl (encapsulation guys) and all were professional, kind, they explained things well and worked till we were satisfied, even work late nights on occasion. We would definitely recommend them.

He went over the warranty information after the job, and reassured me that if any adjustments were needed to just give them a call. Will, Andy and Ober could not have been better! We had to have some foundation piers and crawl space supports installed. They actually called and asked if the could come a day earlier than expected. They were professional and courteous from the time they showed up until the time they completed the job. They kept us informed of any problems and the status of the work. Could not have had a better experience from the time that Dan quoted the job to the completion of the work. Would highly recommend Mt Valley/Groundworks for any foundation or crawl space work!
