I have the greatest belief that these men will really do the job at the best of their ability. I even let them use my truck so they would not have to drive these mountains in the company very large truck. If you want a good job done request these young men. Proud of them.

Aden, Jaeden, and Ralph came to our home to correct some mistakes from the initial installation. After they left, the wall seal no longer sagged, the concrete was level and neat, and the system was functioning correctly. They had found the error that was causing our system to fail and corrected it. They were very knowledgeable and even educated me on the system before leaving. We pray we have no more issues, but definitely would want Aden, Jaeden, and Ralph to come back to fix if anything arose.

He observed a bulge in my washer machine line that was about to pop and create a major catastrophe. He was able to resolve the issue until I can get it addressed. The experience that we had with basement Authority on our home was very good. Gary did an excellent job on an inspection. He covered all that he looked at all that he saw and what needed to be done and made suggestions and it happened very quickly and within 2 to 3 weeks after Gary was here, we had workers working to put in the complete system. We had a total of five different guys that worked on doing the insulation and encapsulation of the crawlspace. Jason, Travis, Wyatt, Cody and Michael were the guys that we had working on our crawlspace and the first day went super good. Jason gave us updates even if they were leaving just to go get some thing. They always told us that they were going out and they would be back in an hour or whatever the case might be, but they tried their best to keep us informed on how the job was going. They actually thought that they could get through in a day it did not happen but we finally got completed on the fourth day few different things happen but overall as far as a review, I think the guys did really well working in the crawlspace in the water in the muck Ron and Sharon W.

Everyone I have encountered has been tremendously helpful! Brandon Griffith was great throughout the whole process and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions and concerns. The crew was great, efficient, and also quick to personally message me when I expressed concerns about anything. Kevic and Patrick and their respective teams fixed my problems and I would highly recommend them for anyone dealing with foundation problems and concrete dropping issues!

With the help of Eric Reeder, (the person providing the inspection) who continued to help me communicate with operations with scheduling issues, the crew that was sent out this week was excellent. Aiden, Raphael, Xavier and Khalil were very professional and personable and completed all lingering issues from this lengthy project.
