Adam did an excellent job. We don't need immediate repairs and are in a wait and see space. I was thrilled to not have been sold work we don't yet need. I will use Adam again when our foundation does need repair.

Codi was awesome. We had another company out and they never called back. Codi arrived and was polite and thorough and broke our issues down so we could easily understand everything. If you have a crawlspace you would be foolish not to call Groundworks and ask for him! Thank you young man!

Mia Fiore came by to checkout my driveway and give me a quote to fix some sinking slabs. Helpful and knowledgeable don’t even begin to describe the level of service and professionalism. If the actual work goes half as well as the quote and information/signup process went, 5 stars isn’t enough!

Ethan, Gerber and crew did a great job during the installation of a drain and the crawlspace encapsulation. They were patient with my questions and helped find a way to work around some logistical challenges. I appreciated their positive attitudes and desire to provide a great product. Keep up the good work guys!

Using Alpha Foundations was a great experience starting with Ronnie who came out and gave us the quote and scope of work needed, to Cooper W and James D who raised our pool patio foundation. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly to our family and dog! 🐶. The cleanup was flawless and you can’t tell they were even here! We are going to paint the patio anyway so the small minor holes and repaired cracks will disappear in the new paint job! I highly recommend Alpha for any foundation work you might need!!

Company has great people working with them. The crew led by Terrence Sr. performed every part of their jobs with integrity and left the space clean . Terrence explained how the system works and how to recognize an issue or failure from the safety alarm. The crew never wasted time and worked well as a team. I am very happy with the quality workmanship and ability to communicate in English with the foreman and his crew. Great job well done!

Oscar and his crew of Billy, Eli and Cameron worked hard to do the assigned work on our home. It was a difficult job in the heat of summer, but they never complained. They were always kind and respectful. Oscar explained the process as they progressed through four days. We say "thank you" to all.

DeCovon and his team (Dewayne and Darius) were amazing! It was thought to be a quick job, but they ran into unseen issues after the floor came up. They fixed everything over the next two days making sure the job was done 100% right. Now we have a professional system and the piece of mind that our basement will be dry. If you are considering this company for your home, stop the search and choose FSM Livonia now!

It was a difficult and anxiety provoking situation finding out that my basement needed structural repair and a sump pump system. But I owe a huge thank you to the JES crew that worked on my project. Nick Garst, David Lombard, Greg Elmore and Matt Ireland were highly professional, took time to answer my questions and worked efficiently. They told me each day what they planned to accomplish and left the job site clean and tidy. I would recommend this team to anyone that needs repair to their home. Thanks, JES
