Our Inspector, Chelsa, came to our Dayton home the other day to check on some suspected foundation settling. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, confidence and the way she went about the inspection. She walked the entire house with me, asking questions, making sure she had the layout and all adjacencies correct. After the walk-through, she set up her equipment and showed me specifically where the major problem was located and explained how it would be corrected. When she delivered her full report, it was done very professionally. When I asked her about her company and how she felt about working for them, she replied that she was proud to work for OBA and that she had a great crew working in Dayton. Chelsa also mentioned their parent company Groundworks, and the fact that they are employee owned. (Full disclosure: I'm a big Mike Rowe fan, and heard the Groundworks CEO on his podcast recently). All in all, a very, very good experience.
