Chase came to our house to do an inspection to figure out where the water in our basement was coming from. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions and did a great job explaining everything to us. Chase was very easy to talk to and is passionate about his job and you can tell he really wants to help his customers. He is very organized and used his expertise to help us with figure out options for a solution. I would highly recommend Chase for a home inspection. We enjoyed the time we spent with him.

Inspector Chris Schweisthal was absolutely amazing. He sat down with us before and after the inspection. Listening to our questions, concerns, and ideas. He explained the why behind all of the items he saw. While going over the plan to fix the items discovered he made sure we understood every step and answered all questions. He even took our ideas into account explained why some would not work and even agreeing to others. It really felt like we were a team working together toward a solution.

We met with Tyler S on Thursday 4/26/26. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and he really took his time to go over every aspect of our upcoming project. He was very friendly and we feel he went above and beyond for us. He met all of our needs with a 5 star expectation. By mid afternoon on 4/27/26 we had signed a contract and are 100% satisfied with our decision.
