Donnie provided a quote for raised foundation reinforcement. He was very professional and patient explaining the condition, considerations, and options. His quote was thousands less than prior estimates I had received and gave me high confidence the solution would be long lasting. Brett & John completed the install and were friendly, prompt, effort, and professional. They addressed all questions and concerns and left the space cleaner than they found it. Great experience!

3/2025 Called alpha Foundations because our front walk was sinking and we were concerned that someone would trip and fall. Mike Mullen came the next day and gave us a through assessment of the work to be completed and the expense involved. We agreed they should compete the work and we received a repair date. This morning at 8:30 Brendan Wells and Nick Coln arrived in lite rain and began drilling holes. Less than one hour later they had drilled and lifted the 6 large concrete panel of our front walkway. Brendan was very clear that we had a 5 year warranty should the panels begin to sink again we should call them. We are very pleased!

From start to finish everyone was great! Our pool deck was sinking and the team used the Poly product to secure and level the slab. The sales agent MICHAEL MULLEN was very clear and professional. He took extra time to answer any follow up questions and I knew exactly what to expect the day of the job. The installation team BRANDON WELLS and NICK CAIN were very polite and professional the day of the job. They took time to discuss the job before they started, during and after it was complete. THANK YOU ALL! VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT!

riendly, professional, and a great result! We feel a newfound confidence in our house again with a clinically clean encapsulation system complete with dehumidifier and two sump pumps! Having previously gotten work with Alpha on our foundation we were impressed with the results by Keith and team, so we had our house crawlspace encapsulation service done by them as well. We learned about our need through the inspector Jordan who was very helpful and worked through options/payment plans to find something that worked for our house and budget. Will, Chris, and Freddy from Alpha came out about a month later for the two day job. They were very friendly and approachable and communicated the whole process clearly. They were even accommodating to our particular requests, such as our request for them to evacuate any frogs before laying down the system, haha. Our crawl space used to be nothing but dirt and debris(and frogs) and a sauna of humidity but now it just what the word sounds like, encapsulated. Effectively a basement of sorts. Clean and white, like a hospital clinic! See below pics for more to see the sump pump (black circle with pipe) and dehumidifier (the box). They were able to already start bringing the humidity down with the new system before they even left the second day. We are so thankful for their friendly demeanor and it was a pleasure welcoming them into our home (or rather under it) as they delivered a great result! We will now sleep easy at night knowing our house is on literal solid ground!

My experience with Alpha Foundations was first class from start to finish. The quality of the assessment, formulation of the solution and the communication of it in clear and simple terms is how it began. From planning to execution, they demonstrated the knowledge and expertise to give me confidence they would get the job done right. And they did. I was very impressed with the team, particularly Jordan (Tech) and Luke (Foreman). If you need foundation work (which of course no one would to want to have to do), I highly recommend these guys!

Home Repair Specialists in Jacksonville
Many things can impact your home, its health, and its structural integrity. But what all those have in common is the soil under and around your home as well as the region’s weather. Northern Florida and areas along the Atlantic coast including Jacksonville, Baldwin, and Neptune Beach have poorly drained sandy soils. Coupled with constant heat, humidity, and rain, this creates a recipe for home damage. All the water from storms needs somewhere to go. If it falls on poorly drained soil, it will pool around your property and find its way inside, resulting in leaks or even flooding your foundation or crawl space. Mold growth, wood rot, and structural support failure are other issues that can arise from these unfavorable conditions.
These problems may sound all too familiar to you if you’ve spotted them in your own home or heard about them from other Jacksonville homeowners. While they are common, it’s not normal or safe to let these issues fester. You can fix them for good with the help of the professionals at Alpha Foundations. We can determine what the problems are in your home, what caused them, and how to permanently address them. Our fully customizable foundation, crawl space, drainage, and concrete repair solutions can help you create a safer and healthier home.
