Alpha Foundations did a great job with my crawlspace insulation and drainage job. Christian was very thorough after reviewing my crawlspace, offering solutions and making sure to answer every question. The installation team of Dale, Tori, and Darian were great, completing the job quickly and efficiently. I crawled under a few days after they left and was really impressed by their work. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had an encapsulation done with the help of Jordan Nesheim coordinating. Jordan is sincere and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the process. On install day, the site foreman, Wil walked me thru the project and was very professional and caring. Wil worked along side his installers Jacob and Johnathon and did a very clean and professional install. I was impressed by their care and concern for my home.

Luke, Logan, and Andrew did some foundation work on our home we recently purchased. They were very professional, did quality work, and finished the job lickety split. Can’t forget Joe who came out for the initial quote and consult, and got us all set up for the job. Quality guys and quality company. No doubt I would call Alpha Foundations if future foundation work is needed.

Had work done on my pool deck by Brandon Wells and Nick Cain of Alpha Foundations on 4/4/2025. I found both of them to be knowledgeable professionals that did an excellent job. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job was completed. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. Every touch point was top quality and the fact that Alpha Foundations stands behind their work for 5 years is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. We considered having our driveway replaced but after talking to someone from Alpha Foundations, we decided to have our existing driveway repaired. Jake & Freddy did a wonderful job fixing all of the cracks including busted and sunken pieces and our driveway looks great again at about 1/2 the price of a new driveway. Very professional company!!

Alpha foundations is one of the best companies we have worked with in a very long time. Our entire experience, from start to finish, was pleasant. Our foreman, Will, was an absolute professional. He and his team (Jake & Hunter) did a stellar job on our encapsulation and even stayed late the first day on the job to ensure they got to a point where they knew they could finish it up on time the next day. He even discovered a pest situation we weren’t aware of under our home and when the pest control man went under the house, even he was impressed by their work! He said he’s seen a lot of encapsulation jobs under homes and ours was by far the best he’s ever seen. We highly recommend this company and you will be even luckier if Will, Jake, and Hunter are your assigned team to get the job done.
Home Repair Specialists in Jacksonville
Many things can impact your home, its health, and its structural integrity. But what all those have in common is the soil under and around your home as well as the region’s weather. Northern Florida and areas along the Atlantic coast including Jacksonville, Baldwin, and Neptune Beach have poorly drained sandy soils. Coupled with constant heat, humidity, and rain, this creates a recipe for home damage. All the water from storms needs somewhere to go. If it falls on poorly drained soil, it will pool around your property and find its way inside, resulting in leaks or even flooding your foundation or crawl space. Mold growth, wood rot, and structural support failure are other issues that can arise from these unfavorable conditions.
These problems may sound all too familiar to you if you’ve spotted them in your own home or heard about them from other Jacksonville homeowners. While they are common, it’s not normal or safe to let these issues fester. You can fix them for good with the help of the professionals at Alpha Foundations. We can determine what the problems are in your home, what caused them, and how to permanently address them. Our fully customizable foundation, crawl space, drainage, and concrete repair solutions can help you create a safer and healthier home.
