They we're all very nice the foreman in training Wesly, was very polite and expressed his knowledge very well. The foreman James made his calls on time, kept me informed, did a great job of thanking me for working with them. Very professional crew. More than anything I never heard anything negative from any of them, they appeared to be having fun as they were working heard some laughter from the crawl space which it's not an easy crawl space. It put a smile on my face to see that they enjoyed what they were doing. I would gladly recommend them to any of my neighbors, and if you folks wanted to place a sign in my yard I would much appreciate it. It helps you and it helps me to advertise that I had the work done and that you're the ones that did it. Thank you very much everything about the whole project was easy from beginning to end. Codi M. was very professional. He laid out exactly what should be done, what might be a good idea later, and options that he doesn't think need to be addressed. My main priority was keeping water out and gladly my foundation wasn't bowed enough to be a problem. With their 3 free yearly inspections, they'll come out and measure and check to ensure their system is working properly and that the foundation hasn't gotten worse. If it does, they'd have physical measurements to see how much it changes over the next 3 years. Financing wasn't the biggest plus just for personal reasons but considering it would be easy to make extra payments, I'm not worried about it. Overall, very happy with the quote and the expertise knowledge he had. I'll be coming back later to leave an updated review once all the work is done.

Not only did he evaluate the concrete and bricks on my front steps and driveway, he inspected the entire perimeter of my home for cracks, drainage issues and wood rot. I really appreciated his knowledge and honesty. Zech and Jacob called 15 minutes before arrival. Super friendly and polite. They communicated very well, before and after about the job they preformed. I had a great overall experience with Groundworks. When Chris came out to inspect my foundation he was super knowledgeable and honest about the condition both good and bad. He was super receptive to concerns and even made multiple trips out to my house to explain the process and make a plan that would work even though some of the spaces were non-ideal. Once we decided to go ahead with the project, Brogan, Aaron, and Caden were an awesome crew to have onsite. They were very respectful of my property and were fun to have around. They never hesitated to show me what they were doing or let me watch them work. They worked quick and had my project done in a timely manner. Once the work was complete they cleaned everything up and left my house in the same or often better condition than they found it. I would absolutely recommend Groundworks to anyone who has foundation concerns.

Big shout out to Patrick for getting me a deal on my houses foundation repair. He got everything measured and explained my options to me. He even answered my calls when I had a couple quick questions about our contract. The crew that came to work on my house was Brogan, Aaron, Caden, and Devin. These guys got the work done I was intially quoted for two days but they were able to finish it in one. They even worked with me when I had concerns about the vegitation around my house. These guys know what they are doing and are doing it good, I definitely recommend these guys!

First of all, they showed up bright and early at 7:30a. Then they did a great job in running plastic to keep the floors clean and separate off the rest of the house from the dust. They had to work around a very inconveniently placed sewer pipe, and managed it with no issues. Additionally, Len ran almost 100' of trench under a fence in a foot of snow when it was 20 degrees outside…and he was upbeat and happy to do it. They were done with the entire job, including inspection, in less than 7 hours. A lot of folks talk about "kids these days," but these three young men did a fantastic job with great attitudes in a horrible environment. I cannot recommend this crew highly enough.

We were priced astronomical amounts to fix our foundation, we felt like we were being backed into a corner with no option. With one phone call, Cody came out and explained our options and helped us decide what was right for our home. The crew that came out was professional and worked quick and efficiently. Our crawl space is difficult to get into and nobody has been willing to go down there but Codi went into the crawl space, took photos and provided measurements. He was transparent with pricing, was thorough in explaining everything to us and was very nice! We provided him with another quote we received from IWP and he was able to compete with their quote. Highly recommend having Codi help you with any and all foundation needs!

Oh my gosh I cannot say enough nice things about Aaron W, Kody G and Jon B. They were all extremely professional, always punctual and Aaron kept me informed at every juncture of this project even though I was at work for most of it. Aaron took the time to explain all the upgrades and everything they did to fix my foundation (I have a complicated basement) | was originally told it would take 1 day, within minutes of showing up Aaron called and explained what he was seeing in my basement, told me it would be 2 days instead of 1 and those guys spent over 12 hours at my house on day 2 making sure everything was perfect and in working order before they left. We had some work done recently on our driveway and it was not a great experience, so I wasn't exactly excited to do this again for our patio. I wanted to work with someone not involved in the driveway work so I called Groundworks. Sheldon came to give me an estimate on my back patio and in the course of our conversation we told him about work done (and not well done) by other companies and he graciously took a look at the driveway. Because of my prior experience, I honestly just wanted to get a quote for the patio and have this salesman go away. But Sheldon was so patient, funny and informative in explaining what Groundworks could do, and could not do, to address all our cement and levelling issues that he started to "win me over". In the end, we signed a contract with Groundworks based on Sheldon's extreme confidence not only in himself, but the quality of his company and the work they do. Work has been scheduled but not completed, but I am confident Goundworks will do a good job and I will be back to write a review on the finished work.

They made the minimum possible amount of noise and thoroughly answered questions and explained the really cool process of making my home stable and solid. I can now JUMP on the kitched floor and the contents of the refrigerator do not rattle and clink! We really appreciated our experience with Groundworks. Deciding to have foundation work done is never easy, but the team helped us with a solution that we were comfortable with both in price and in meeting our needs. Aaron the field inspector was very personable and approachable with questions and concerns. Len, the foreman on the installation, Mark the co-foreman, and Wesley, an installer (now foreman), did a good job to make sure our foundation was stable and that the project was completed correctly. A year later, Brent, a field inspector who was helping with service calls, came to adjust all of the jacks and make sure everything was solid as part of our maintenance agreement. We are very thankful for Groundworks and for all of the work done to make our home stable for the future.

Rick was the best! I have had 3 different companies come out for my foundation and none of them took the time to actually crawl in and look at the area of concern. It was not an easy crawl, but Rick was able to see that the job wouldn’t be impossible (like the other 3 companies said it was). Groundworks, you are lucky to have Rick.
