We had a wonderful experience with Groundworks from start to finish. Joey, who did the inspection and estimate, was very polite and professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns and gave us confidence that he truly understood what needed to be done to stabilize our 106-year-old home. Foundation work can be overwhelming and expensive, but Joey was honest, knowledgeable, and helped us feel at ease about the investment needed to help our home stand strong for another 100 years. The crew who completed the work—Aaron, Kody, and Jacob—were exceptional. They are three of the most polite and respectful men I’ve ever met. Aaron kept us informed every step of the way. He called each morning with an ETA, explained exactly what they would be doing, and was always willing to answer questions. He even welcomed us to observe their work, which we really appreciated. These men showed up ready to work and worked hard the entire time. Even when unexpected issues came up, they handled everything professionally without hesitation. When the job was complete, Aaron walked us through all the work that had been done and once again took the time to answer any questions or concerns. My husband and I are very pleased not only with the quality of the work but also with the cleanup afterward. We would highly recommend this company and crew to anyone needing foundation work—they truly know what they are doing. And on a personal note, I really appreciated that I did not hear any foul language during the entire process. It’s refreshing to see such professionalism and courtesy. There truly are still some gentlemen left in this world.

When we were at our whits end and desperate to find a cost effective way to preserve our home Cody Martin and Brent Claphan and the crew came to the rescue! We were priced astronomical amounts to fix our foundation, we felt like we were being backed into a corner with no option. With one phone call, Cody came out and explained our options and helped us decide what was right for our home. The crew that came out was professional and worked quick and efficiently. And the follow up service by Brent was phenomenal. This is definitely a company that cares about the little people and not just their bottom dollar. We couldn’t be happier.

Len, Jose, and Craig did a basement repair for us the day after Snowpocalypse 2025. The job was originally slated to take two days. I'm frankly amazed at what they pulled off. First of all, they showed up bright and early at 7:30a. Then they did a great job in running plastic to keep the floors clean and separate off the rest of the house from the dust. They had to work around a very inconveniently placed sewer pipe, and managed it with no issues. Additionally, Len ran almost 100' of trench under a fence in a foot of snow when it was 20 degrees outside…and he was upbeat and happy to do it. They were done with the entire job, including inspection, in less than 7 hours. A lot of folks talk about "kids these days," but these three young men did a fantastic job with great attitudes in a horrible environment. I cannot recommend this crew highly enough.

From the initial consult to finishing of the job very professional people. They sent out 3 techs to work on my house . The techs sent out was Aaron,Caden and Kody . They made the minimum possible amount of noise and thoroughly answered questions and explained the really cool process of making my home stable and solid. We really appreciated our experience with Groundworks. Deciding to have foundation work done is never easy, but the team helped us with a solution that we were comfortable with both in price and in meeting our needs. Aaron the field inspector was very personable and approachable with questions and concerns. Len, the foreman on the installation, Mark the co-foreman, and Wesley, an installer (now foreman), did a good job to make sure our foundation was stable and that the project was completed correctly. A year later, Brent, a field inspector who was helping with service calls, came to adjust all of the jacks and make sure everything was solid as part of our maintenance agreement. We are very thankful for Groundworks and for all of the work done to make our home stable for the future.

Chris from Groundworks to the rescue!!! I have tried getting estimates for fixing my foundation from several contractors as it is a less than desirable job. Not one of them bothered contacting me back. That being said, I finally got some answers from Groundworks. Chris came out and examined my problem and was able to provide me with a possible path forward for my repair. Not only did he help point me in the right direction but also took the time to explain how the repair would work. I will definitely be doing business with Groundworks as soon as I figure out the financial aspect of the repair!

James, Tyler & Paul were great! They were informative and never grouchy that we came out to look or ask a question! James kept us in the loop from the time he entered our property and continued throughout the 2 days they were here to do the job! Easy to talk to and well informed on all the work they did. The foundation of our garage had moved and we had noticed cracks which is why we called Groundwork’s to begin with. Clint was our first contact, he did a detailed inspection of our homes foundation. Gave us a quote and we could decide what to tackle and what we did not need to address. He did not pressure us which we appreciated. We signed a contract and they kept to that contract even when the job ended up taking more hand digging then originally thought. We were very pleased with the teams work ethic and communication.
