We really appreciated our experience with Groundworks. Deciding to have foundation work done is never easy, but the team helped us with a solution that we were comfortable with both in price and in meeting our needs. Aaron the field inspector was very personable and approachable with questions and concerns. Len, the foreman on the installation, Mark the co-foreman, and Wesley, an installer (now foreman), did a good job to make sure our foundation was stable and that the project was completed correctly. A year later, Brent, a field inspector who was helping with service calls, came to adjust all of the jacks and make sure everything was solid as part of our maintenance agreement. We are very thankful for Groundworks and for all of the work done to make our home stable for the future.

Ground Works did an amazing job from the initial inspection to the installation of the piers. Chris was the initial contact who explained everything in detail, respected me as the customer and was not a high pressure salesman. The crew, James, Paul, Tyler and Phillip were awesome! They kept me in the loop and let me watch the process as they performed the lift and stabilized my porch and basement wall. They left a perfectly clean job site and made sure I was completely satisfied. Supervisor Kyle even came out during the project and was extremely informative and supportive of the crew. Overall, a great experience!

After over a year of going through multiple companies bids and checking out everyone’s plan for their scope of work (I did my due diligence and contacted about 10 different companies) Groundwork’s was far and above the most streamlined, most professional and less pushy sales people to work with. They're also the biggest company nationwide and offered the best lifetime warranty. Chris H. started his bid at a realistic number to begin with unlike literally every other foundation company who started at some ridiculous astronomical number. Brogan and Caden who did the work were very efficient, on-time and friendly to work with and consistently checked in to see if I had any questions. I will legitimately recommend Groundwork’s to everyone in the future.

James, Paul,Tyler,Wesley were my team and they were very informative. They showed me pictures of the end job. Everything looks as specified and as expected. They we're all very nice the foreman in training Wesly, was very polite and expressed his knowledge very well. The foreman James made his calls on time, kept me informed, did a great job of thanking me for working with them. Very professional crew. More than anything I never heard anything negative from any of them, they appeared to be having fun as they were working heard some laughter from the crawl space which it's not an easy crawl space. It put a smile on my face to see that they enjoyed what they were doing. I would gladly recommend them to any of my neighbors, and if you folks wanted to place a sign in my yard I would much appreciate it. It helps you and it helps me to advertise that I had the work done and that you're the ones that did it. Thank you very much everything about the whole project was easy from beginning to end.
