From the initial consult to finishing of the job very professional people. They sent out 3 techs to work on my house . The techs sent out was Aaron,Caden and Kody . These 3 came out and from start to finish they kept me informed about every step and we're very helpful in a stressful time . The Professionalism of GROUNDWORKS is Impeccable 👌 This company lends an ear when you seek their services. When I scheduled an Appt I knew who was coming out, the date and time and I received confirmation while I was talking to the receptionist. The Foundation Professional was Codi M. When he arrived he was prompt professional and very understanding. He asked us to show him in and around the house 🏠 what we felt was the "possible foundation issue" . This is very important to us Seniors. He was very pleasant and showed concern. Then he explained how their process works and what he does and he went straight to work. He used laser applications and tape and computer. He started in the house, then went outside the house, then he went under the house in the crawl space. He took pictures. Then the "verdict". He explained all his findings and told us what the cost would be if we decide to go with them. No pressure just straight forward. We were very pleased with the honesty and the professionalism of Codi M. With that being said, Of course we chose this company they absolutely made our home a priority and we highly recommend them if you are considering foundation solutions that work.

Codi M. was very professional. He laid out exactly what should be done, what might be a good idea later, and options that he doesn't think need to be addressed. My main priority was keeping water out and gladly my foundation wasn't bowed enough to be a problem. With their 3 free yearly inspections, they'll come out and measure and check to ensure their system is working properly and that the foundation hasn't gotten worse. If it does, they'd have physical measurements to see how much it changes over the next 3 years. Financing wasn't the biggest plus just for personal reasons but considering it would be easy to make extra payments, I'm not worried about it. Overall, very happy with the quote and the expertise knowledge he had. I'll be coming back later to leave an updated review once all the work is done.

Ultimately, there was no issues that warranted Groundworks working on the house but he gave DIY suggestions and contractor recommendations for the work that Groundworks doesn’t do. Len H and his two associates, Jose B and D Ramus (?)..(writing unclear)… arrived promptly, according to schedule. They got right to work on the project of shoring up the basement walls. They worked efficiently and quickly, showing a knowledge of the problem and of the solution. I interacted with foreman Len H on several occasions as he kept me apprised of the progress and answered any questions I had. He was quite personable, making our interactions pleasantly friendly and informative. I truly appreciated the speed, efficiency, and friendliness of the crew as they resolved the problem of the bulging basement walls.
