Our crawl space is difficult to get into and nobody has been willing to go down there but Codi went into the crawl space, took photos and provided measurements. Len, Jose, and Craig did a basement repair for us the day after Snowpocalypse 2025. The job was originally slated to take two days. I'm frankly amazed at what they pulled off. First of all, they showed up bright and early at 7:30a. Then they did a great job in running plastic to keep the floors clean and separate off the rest of the house from the dust. They had to work around a very inconveniently placed sewer pipe, and managed it with no issues. Additionally, Len ran almost 100' of trench under a fence in a foot of snow when it was 20 degrees outside…and he was upbeat and happy to do it. They were done with the entire job, including inspection, in less than 7 hours. A lot of folks talk about "kids these days," but these three young men did a fantastic job with great attitudes in a horrible environment. I cannot recommend this crew highly enough.

Zach and Brian did a good job with the poly renewal process. very quick and efficient. also had Groundworks repair the north side of house where the foundation needed repair from erosion on the slap foundation. they installed 9 piers in un der two days and kept me very well informed on the process there names escape me now this was back in october 2025 I believe wes was the foreman . did a good job with the process Linn Major Dodge City

Fernando and his team of Jon, Justin and Henry arrived promptly, were very courteous and respectful of property. They made the minimum possible amount of noise and thoroughly answered questions and explained the really cool process of making my home stable and solid. I can now JUMP on the kitched floor and the contents of the refrigerator do not rattle and clink! We were happy with the professionalism and quality of their work, so we had them come out again to our primary home to do repairs on our porch steps, sidewalk, and driveway. Chris from Groundworks to the rescue!!! I have tried getting estimates for fixing my foundation from several contractors as it is a less than desirable job. Not one of them bothered contacting me back. That being said, I finally got some answers from Groundworks. Chris came out and examined my problem and was able to provide me with a possible path forward for my repair. Not only did he help point me in the right direction but also took the time to explain how the repair would work. I will definitely be doing business with Groundworks as soon as I figure out the financial aspect of the repair!

They had no problem with me watching them work. They were very professional. I highly recommend this crew. Rick, the CFI, was also great to work with. From the moment the crew arrived, we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They kept us informed every step of the way. We were very happy with the process and the results of their work. When we were at our whits end and desperate to find a cost effective way to preserve our home Cody Martin and Brent Claphan and the crew came to the rescue! We were priced astronomical amounts to fix our foundation, we felt like we were being backed into a corner with no option. With one phone call, Cody came out and explained our options and helped us decide what was right for our home. The crew that came out was professional and worked quick and efficiently. And the follow up service by Brent was phenomenal. This is definitely a company that cares about the little people and not just their bottom dollar. We couldn’t be happier.

This was the best service experience we’ve ever had. The team arrived ahead of schedule, they were extremely courteous and informative, and they completed the job much faster than the projected time. We interacted a great deal with José and Craig, and they were completely professional and kind. They also went above and beyond, repairing some sagging ductwork, and removing insulation that had fallen to the floor. Can’t say enough about this team. Thank you again!

Over the last year or so ago, a metal support that was attached to my porch broke away when the screws rusted through. After this happened I noticed that there was a significant gap between the porch and the support. I wedged in some rocks to stabilize the support while I tried to figure out what to do. Then, recently, I heard an advertisement on the radio for Groundworks, and thought it might be a solution. So, I met with AJ, who was very friendly and thorough, explaining the process, the financial aspect and answering my questions. Also, based on his advice, they were able to include stabilizing and sealing the cement pad in front of my garage. I set up the appointment, and a few weeks later I received a confirmation call from Zech. The next morning, Zech and Jacob arrived, introduced themselves and reviewed the job and addressed any questions and concerns I had. A couple of hours later, the job was done and it looks great. The porch looks better than it has in a very long time. Plus, the support is now lined up with the porch, and all I'll need to do is bolt it back down. I'm extremely happy with their work, and take comfort in the multi-year warranty. I would definitely use them again in the future.
