Zach and his crew of Jacob and Keith showed up ready to work and worked without a break for about 5 hours (when the project was complete). Zach confirmed everything they were going to do that the salesman, Rick, had set up. He walked me thru each step and when the project was complete, we went back over each area to make sure I was happy.

I had a great overall experience with Groundworks. When Chris came out to inspect my foundation he was super knowledgeable and honest about the condition both good and bad. He was super receptive to concerns and even made multiple trips out to my house to explain the process and make a plan that would work even though some of the spaces were non-ideal. Once we decided to go ahead with the project, Brogan, Aaron, and Caden were an awesome crew to have onsite. They were very respectful of my property and were fun to have around. They never hesitated to show me what they were doing or let me watch them work. They worked quick and had my project done in a timely manner. Once the work was complete they cleaned everything up and left my house in the same or often better condition than they found it. I would absolutely recommend Groundworks to anyone who has foundation concerns.

Aaron and Gabby. Aaron was my inspector and Gabby, my sweet baby girl, helped him. Aaron was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and informative. He was the only one that checked all around my house outside for any other issues I might have. I really appreciated his knowledge and friendliness. We called groundworks to inspect our crawlspace. They send us Codi M who performed a thorough inspection and gave recommendations on how we could repair the space. Unfortunately they can't do the kind of repair we are looking for but we appreciate Codi's honesty and integrity. If you have a problem with your foundation you should definitely give him a call.

Great experience with these guys on my foundation repairs! Lots of time was spent during every step explaining the process and answering my million questions. The field inspector that originally came out was very thorough and kind and continued to answer all my questions days later. The day of install my driveway was covered in snow and the crew even shoveled it all for me! I had some questions after install and the foreman was very helpful and polite answering all my questions. I also had a call after installation from the production manager who followed up on the work and he was nice enough to come out to inspect and make sure my concerns were addressed before remodeling took place. All the various people I worked with were very professional and kind. Highly recommend!

AJ came to visit for some concerns we had regarding excess water in our sump pump and around the house. He did a thorough inspection and provided a diagnosis of some possible issues. Ultimately, there was no issues that warranted Groundworks working on the house but he gave DIY suggestions and contractor recommendations for the work that Groundworks doesn’t do.
