Rama A, John M, Bryce B, Louis V, Victor S, Damion R & Niko B guys were fast efficient, followed orders, knew what they were doing. They worked tirelessly for 7 days crawling underneath my house. They had to crawl through tight areas to get the job done, did about 50 jacks, and threw out insulation in two areas of my home. They also did 7 piers around my home that needed lift and stabilization. Use Groundworks for a fast efficient job if your home needs such work!

We were experiencing unstable support in our crawlspace resulting in excessive vibration when walking across the floor and started seeing sinking in our living room floor! The home was built in 1948 and issues can be expected over time! We hired Groundworks to conduct their crawlspace services under our home March 10th. Two steel beam runs were installed with their jack system. The floor was stabilized and leveled where the beams were installed, however we noticed the living room floor still showed significant sagging and had a bouncing feel when you would jump. We called the Groundworks Inspector, Ross Feezor back out to investigate. He discovered we had a broken floor joist in the problem area. We had that repair work performed by an outside contractor. The Groundworks team was sent back out April 29th and shifted a section of the original beam runs positioning it under the center of our living room floor at no extra charge to us because it was determined the beam should have been under the living room the first time but the broken floor joist prevented the first team from accomplishing that.. The team was headed up by Dustin, sorry did not get his last name or his two-man team assisting him. They accomplished the job in less than 3-hours and we are very happy now with the results. Good job Groundworks!

From the initial visit by Adam who inspected my entire 100 year old house and laid out a plan of action, to the crew who came out to take care of the situation I was 100% satisfied with this company! Communication and explanation from everyone involved was thorough and easily understood throughout the inspection to the completion of the job. Mark, Kevin and Marcos were all so friendly and respectful on every level. Many thanks to Irving for coming over to lend his expertise and also to Bill for coming out with added support during the work. “BONUS” (? lol): While digging along one side of the basement wall, Irving discovered a sink hole surrounding the old clay clean-out piping. That connection down to the sewer line was no longer properly attached all the way which allowed a slow leak for who knows how long. That was definitely to my advantage so that I could get that repair completed while the dig out was still open. I also appreciated a completion visit from Matthew. What a great team!!! Donna

My garage foundation was sinking. After talking to several vendors, I chose Groundworks. From the first day they have been outstanding to deal with. The LFI Sal took his time in the initial discussions, educating, explaining, discussing my various options and costs, and answering my questions on multiple occasions. Today Foreman Nick, and Lo Foreman Jean came out. They could not have been nicer or more professional. Nick reviewed exactly what was planned and again answered all my questions. They were efficient in completing the work, reviewed everything that was done to ensure my satisfaction, and did a pristine clean up. I could not be more pleased with the interaction, work and professionalism. In a day an age where it is often so frustrating to find services that live up to expectations, I would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. I have more work scheduled to be done and look forward to continuing to deal with Groundworks.
