We were experiencing unstable support in our crawlspace resulting in excessive vibration when walking across the floor and started seeing sinking in our living room floor! The home was built in 1948 and issues can be expected over time! We hired Groundworks to conduct their crawlspace services under our home March 10th. Two steel beam runs were installed with their jack system. The floor was stabilized and leveled where the beams were installed, however we noticed the living room floor still showed significant sagging and had a bouncing feel when you would jump. We called the Groundworks Inspector, Ross Feezor back out to investigate. He discovered we had a broken floor joist in the problem area. We had that repair work performed by an outside contractor. The Groundworks team was sent back out April 29th and shifted a section of the original beam runs positioning it under the center of our living room floor at no extra charge to us because it was determined the beam should have been under the living room the first time but the broken floor joist prevented the first team from accomplishing that.. The team was headed up by Dustin, sorry did not get his last name or his two-man team assisting him. They accomplished the job in less than 3-hours and we are very happy now with the results. Good job Groundworks!

Groundworks took over the company that had installed my encapsulation. That company seemed to do a good job but they never followed up to do an inspection like they said they would. Chris at Groundworks recently came out to inspect and service the crawl space dehumidifier. He did a thorough inspection and fixed the dehumidifier. Chris was very nice and professional and communicated prior to the inspection as to timing of when he would arrive. The person I talked to in the office was also very nice and professional. Excellent service from Chris and Groundworks.

I'm not in the habit of writing gushy reviews, but on a scale of 1-5, our experience was a 10. We had a sinking front porch that needed to be piered. We got a detailed, timely proposal and all of our questions answered beforehand by Daniel R. The work crew, Harold W., Frank L. and Elmo O. did an outstanding job installing the piers and were able to lift the porch back within 1/2 inch of its original position. They answered every question, responded to every request and did extensive cleanup after completing the installation. We even got a discount in real time because they did not need to use all of the materials called for in the original proposal. Harold said they strive to treat each house as if it were their own and they did exactly that. I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone needing foundation work.

He asked questions and listened to me talk about the problem I wanted him to investigate. He even went into my really tight crawlspace without any complaints! I had 3 companies come out and give me a quote to restabilze the crawl space supports on my house. Groundworks actually ended up being a little higher than the other 2, but I decided to use them. My reasoning was they were actually going to install a few more supports and add a couple more joists than the other companies. They are also the only one that offered financing. The whole process was so easy, the crew was fantastic as well. They were personable, explained everything, and gave me updates as they worked. I want to give a huge shout out to Rama, Tyler and Skyler, they were fantastic!
