My garage foundation was sinking. After talking to several vendors, I chose Groundworks. From the first day they have been outstanding to deal with. The LFI Sal took his time in the initial discussions, educating, explaining, discussing my various options and costs, and answering my questions on multiple occasions. Today Foreman Nick, and Lo Foreman Jean came out. They could not have been nicer or more professional. Nick reviewed exactly what was planned and again answered all my questions. They were efficient in completing the work, reviewed everything that was done to ensure my satisfaction, and did a pristine clean up. I could not be more pleased with the interaction, work and professionalism. In a day an age where it is often so frustrating to find services that live up to expectations, I would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. I have more work scheduled to be done and look forward to continuing to deal with Groundworks.

I had a very good experience with Groundworks today. Justus arrived at my house on time and called ahead 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He asked questions and listened to me talk about the problem I wanted him to investigate. He even went into my really tight crawlspace without any complaints! After he was finished looking and calculating we sat down and he reviewed what was needed to resolve my problem. Very professional and good at his job!

Groundworks was not the lowest bidder, but I was impressed. They gave me valuable information about my whole house, not just the part I was having known issues with. It gave me real peace of mind. The crew that came to level my porch were efficient and very helpful. I had removed all the furniture except one heavy piece. They removed it, though they were not asked to do so. Even better, they placed all the furniture back in place. Since I am an elderly woman with a handicapped daughter, this was very much appreciated.
