Groundworks just finish my slab repair and I’m elated! From the inspector, Donald Richardson, which did a thorough job going through the procedures to repair the slab. To when the repair crew, Hunter and Jones, came out and Hunter went over what they’re we’re going to do to repair the slab. I was amazing how precise they were in lifting the stab and continually cleaning up after themselves. When they were finished, Hunter and I went through checking all the door alignments and that I’m getting good air flow through all my HVAC vents. I think for the first time since I bought the house 15 years ago all my doors are open and closing correctly now. I have worked with a lot of service companies over my 75 years and this is one of the best companies I have used for service! they was great from start to finish plus the pricing is very competitive. if you have a slab problem you need to call Groundworks! I had a very good experience with Groundworks today. Justus arrived at my house on time and called ahead 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He asked questions and listened to me talk about the problem I wanted him to investigate. He even went into my really tight crawlspace without any complaints! After he was finished looking and calculating we sat down and he reviewed what was needed to resolve my problem. Very professional and good at his job!

These 3 men did the most outstanding job!!! Harold Ward, Frank Lopez, & Elmo Orozoco worked a solid two days, took NO BREAKS except a short lunch both days! I'm old school, grew up in the 40s & 50s, when you did see hard work done! Was told, they would have to take out sm tree, & probably 2-3 bushes! Took out one bush, and returned it to its original spot!! Don't know what you pay them, none of my business, but when I had employees that worked like that, I made damn sure they were Happy!!!

Morgan asked questions, answered my questions and the appointment was set. Rick arrived early, which I liked, gave me background on the company which aligned with what I had already researched but he also gave me information I did not know. We walked the inside/outside together, he took pictures & measurements & we reconvened to discuss the cost. I was pleasantly surprised!
